THIS BOOK BROKE ME 💔

I still cant get over this book. I loved the characters and how they slowly opened up to each other. The background of the characters and how they came together.

Hays 🤩🤩🤩

I highly recommend from chapter 57 onwards to listen to the music as you read. The emotional damage it does. I cant listen to the songs without thinking about the characters and how i was feeling at the time of reading the book.

Oh @shassiiwrites where do I even begin? I remember first being introduced and not knowing the absolute beautiful wreckage and devastation you’d bring into my life. Beta reading Collateral Damage was an extraterrestrial experience I didn’t think could ever be competed against. And here you are, two years later, and your writing has only tremendously grown so beautifully, that of course you’ve proven me wrong yet again.

Carmen and Billie are forever going to hold a special place in this little black heart of mine. I ached for them, I cried for them, I laughed with them. Your take on grief, healing, & pain in Solace.. it’s written so poetically that I could feel you bleeding on the pages as they were written. You’ve yet again, been able to speak aloud for the rest of us that couldn’t, that can’t, that feel their voices aren’t worth hearing.
You continue to teach me about love, about selflessness, about undeniable loss. It is these things that thanking you will never be enough for.

Sapphic books I can never read again… cause they were so good, they’ll never be better than the first time I read them. 😍😍
These books broke me, sewed me back together but left part of my soul inside that story and I can never read them again because they just will never be able to replicate that feelings again. I’m obsessed with these books.
