“If you’re not a grinder, you’re never going to max out.”

Grinders earn it. They choose to earn it every day through their work ethic, discipline, and consistency. As an athlete, you can be as good as you want to be. It’s up to you whether you put in the work to improve and succeed.

Get in the habit of asking yourself this question:

“What could I be doing right now to help me get closer to my biggest goals in life?”

@camilodelrosariogolf is in the lead of the Pole Challenge with 3/10 shots. One week left! Contest ends September 13. 💛

Have a blessed Labor Day!

I can’t believe that school is already here! So proud of all of you for a great summer. Thanks for letting me be a part of it.

Whether you realize it or not, you are a better player than you were at the start of summer. The best golfers don’t become comfortable because games get easier. They become comfortable because they’ve practiced being uncomfortable. Hard practices. Tournament-like decisions. Fatigue. Pressure. Mistakes. Adversity. You prepare for chaos so chaos doesn’t surprise you. You guys worked hard, and your efforts will pay off.

As of today I have five players with a score of 2 on the Pole Challenge. Keep trying! Contest ends after Labor Day and there are some cool prizes. 👊🏼😎🎯

As an athlete striving to be your best, you have a choice every single day. When the path feels long and the progress is hard to see, remember these truths:

1. Today’s effort matters, even if it’s quiet.

2. Growth doesn’t announce itself—it builds slowly, day by day.

3. Every step, every struggle, is shaping the competitor you’re becoming.

The long game isn’t about chasing a moment. It’s about choosing to stay in it, especially when it gets hard. Resilience isn’t a spark that shows up out of nowhere—it’s a fire you build, one small choice at a time.

Stay patient. Stay consistent. Keep grinding Team.

Everyone wants confidence. But very few people want to do what it takes to actually earn it. Confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s the byproduct of what you do. It’s the feeling that comes when you know - not hope, but know - that you’ve done the work.

You feel capable because you are capable. You feel like you deserve it because you’ve gone 100%. There’s no hack. You can’t affirm your way into confidence. You can’t visualize it into existence. You have to earn the right to feel it.

I talk with coaches and athletes all the time who want to feel more confident. My questions are always the same: Have you done the work that earns it? What habits do you have every day that help you grow and improve?

Congrats to @raeyyannnn for qualifying at high school sectionals last week. He’s heading to Los Serranos for regionals! Let’s get it done bro! 👊🏼😤🔥

Enjoy Memorial weekend….🇺🇸🌭✝️
