What a weekend. Huge shoutout for an incredible event. From the energy on stage, to the support from teachers, parents, fellow judges and dancers, you all brought your A-game!

Judging this event was an absolute blast, and I left inspired by every dancer who stepped on that stage.

🎯 A Quick Lesson on ACCESS 🎯

Did you catch my message Sunday at the Showoff? I shared something important:

ACCESS changes everything. If you don’t get something right the first time, keep trying. Because guess what? You have access to mentors, training, tools, and knowledge that can help you improve.

You NEVER have to figure it all out alone.

The fact that we live in a time and place where we can take classes, watch tutorials, connect with experts, and learn from those who’ve walked the path before us? That’s a gift.

But! Access only works if you USE IT.

So dancers, teachers, and studio owners, don’t be afraid to:

🎯 - Reach out,
🎯 - Ask questions,
🎯 - Invest in learning, and
🎯 - Take that next step.

As we celebrate this beautiful Christmas season, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to my incredible wife and our amazing son. Your love and support light up my life every day, and I am so thankful for the joy you bring into our home. ❤️

🔴 A #throwbackthursday moment:

That time #BDXstudio students and my super Avengers dance team woke up early, to shoot an episode of Breakfast Television live at my studio.

The broadcast van was parked outside 🚚📡 and we filmed the entire morning show on location!

News, weather, sports, laughs, and of course, DANCE. So. Much. Fun. 🎉

I hope you're all keeping up your epic moves!

Hi my daddy and mommy call me Kanyon. I'm 3 months old today! 🥳

Ten fun things about me:

1. I like to be happy and love sharing a big smile! 😁

2. I get HANGRY real quick, and go from zero to 100 faster than a stealth bomber 😫💣

3. My parents tell me I have super human vision, I can see far away since months ago! 👀

4. I don't like to nap 🙅🏽‍♂️ but they make me do it. I try to reason with them, but daddy says "I don't negotiate with babies" 🙄

5. I'm going through a growth spurt and I MUST eat every 2 hours. 🍼 If I don't, they say I get "really dramatic"

6. Daddy likes to beatbox, scat jazz, and sing made up songs to me, and we love our bro time 🧑🏾‍🍼

7. I love our family dance parties! We dance to house music mixes, Poncho Sanchez, Stevie Wonder and "grown folks music" (no mumble rap allowed) 🎶

8. I had my first giggles 🤪 last week!

9. Sometimes I catch daddy crying. He says they're "happy tears" and he's ALWAYS emotional 🥹

10. I poop more than a horse. 💩 Some days I don't poop at all, because I like to build it up and surprise daddy with bum explosions 💥

I love my mommy and daddy, and know they love me SOOOO much!
