Time for a new player highlight!

"Hey, I'm Shawn. I came as a solo act to the YEG Charity Games beta test with not a clue about what was in store for the day… And let me tell ya, it was loads of fun! It was a sweaty time for both my body and brain. That being said, I’d say my most favorite event was probably Memory Block, as memory/brain games are my expertise (expertise meaning I enjoy playing them, not that I'm good at them).

I enjoyed meeting my teammates and struggling through games together and encouraging each other along the way. I thought the entire event was a perfect mix of physical and mental challenges so that everyone could get involved and show off their individual strengths.

For the November YEG Charity Games, I’d like to play for UNICEF Canada’s Children Charity @unicefcanada. I love what they stand for and how they directly provide humanitarian aid to children around the world. And plus Simu Liu is a Canadian UNICEF Ambassador so that’s cool too."
