2023 appreciation post to my @regymenorleans family… I am so truly humbled and in awe of the growth that happened this year. To my fellow coaches and all the members, I could never, in my wildest dreams, have imagined how positive an impact you’ve had on my life. You all show up day after day to crush every goal you set for yourself. How damn inspiring is that?! It’s true that when you surround yourself with people who push you to do and be better, you do and become exactly that. Simply bringing out the best in each other is what it’s all about. So...thank you! This is a place where we are all equal - full of love, laughs and lots of sweat! but, most importantly - belief in each other. Having my back through my highest highs and my lowest lows means more than you’ll ever know. Thank you for your contagious energy. So, here’s to another year with my chosen family. Forever grateful for the memories we’ve made and here’s to a magical 2024! @thurstonjaime @jamie.white.75491 @tessierrachelle @michytess @myleszd @alexia.leblanc @massoud4240 @sunkelly_us @elsa_lagace @lemjulie @shadiagj @castello_pizza @katie.mac.pei @nbtulliano @palominoartisans @ladybuggnat78 @dsigouin @alyssakryan @arjo1201 @karen.ledger.10 @adriannamcgee18

After five dark, quiet, agonizing and isolating weeks, I finally strapped this on and crushed a 30 minute @regymenorleans clinic. 🥹 If you know you know! In early June I sustained a severe concussion with whiplash that changed my life in an instant. Hearing the words “traumatic brain injury” was my worst nightmare. I am still diligently working on my recovery, with a team of incredible doctors and concussion specialists, who say it could take up to 14 months. They know I am going to prove them wrong 🙏🏻💪🏻 Today is a HUGE milestone and step in the right direction. Thank you @shawzyreturns for your support and care as I walked back into the studio. I cannot wait to teach again and workout with my favourite fitness family. I long to be back to work and firing on all cylinders with the most incredible team. God is teaching me so much through this process. His reassuring words…..”Just be” have been my anchor and hope. One day at a time. 🙏🏻❤️ #concussionrecovery #regymenfitness #lesmills #strengthandresilience #justbe
