I couldn’t ask for a better huddle. these people seriously gave me a whole new perspective of life and i’m extremely grateful for all of them. i want to give a special thank you to colton for helping me to grow my faith in every way imaginable i couldn’t be more thankful and im so glad that God blessed me with such an amazing person. i love and miss you all so much!✝️💗

People said, “It’s gonna be over in the blink of an eye,” and I wish I could’ve kept my eyes open a little longer.

Doing an exchange year was truly the best decision I’ve ever made. No words can describe how thankful I am for the people I got to know, the memories I made, and the experiences that shaped me into a better version of myself. This year pushed me out of my comfort zone, taught me independence, gave me confidence, and showed me a second home I never knew I needed.

A huge thank you to all the friends I met along the way and to my host family for opening their home and their hearts to a stranger. Thank you for treating me like family from day one, for supporting me, including me in your lives, and making me feel like I truly belonged. Your kindness, patience, and love made being thousands of miles away from home so much easier. I will forever be grateful for everything you have done for me. You turned what could have been just a year abroad into the most unforgettable chapter of my life.

About 10 months ago, I arrived with a suitcase full of clothes, a heart full of nerves, and no idea what was ahead of me. Now I’m leaving with a heart full of memories, friendships that will last a lifetime, and a version of myself I barely recognize. Thank you for changing my life ❤️
