One week since stepping on stage, and I’m still in awe of how it feels.

For so long, I chased the “end result” the body, the confidence, the pride.

But the real transformation happens before the spotlight.
It’s in the days you don’t feel like it.
The routines no one sees.
Showing up when doubt is screaming.

Consistency will take you further than motivation ever could.
Sometimes, you have to embrace the uncomfortable now to become who you want later.

I’m proud; not just for getting there, but for not giving up when it got hard.
For showing my kids that if you want something badly enough, you go after it anyway.

Two years ago, I dared to dream. A week ago, I lived it.

Now I’ve done it… I want more.
I want to push myself further.
I want to see how far I can really go.

Ready to start my next chapter on this journey 🤍

Thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey so far! Shout out to my coach @matt_hodgson_coaching for supporting me throughout, @jadewightman my posing coach, for teaching me everything in just 12 weeks,
and @damanosteopathy being a lifesaver and fixing my injured shoulder so close to show!
