We had the best time joining @shayjflows for a sunrise yoga fundraiser at @wrightsvillenc in support of A Safe Place! 🌅🧘🏻‍♀️

If you weren’t able to join today, there are still two more Fridays in this 3-week fundraiser series! What’s better than starting your morning with a sunrise, gentle movement, the sound of waves, and supporting a great cause?

Thank you, Shay, for using your gift to support survivors in our community! 💚

I hope she hears me when I say: I’m in love with this life
all that has been taken away from me
and all that has been given in those empty spaces

no loss —> only growth, only love, only gratitude

trust. you might not be able to see it all working out right this second but…it’s all working out, all the same
