My dear baby Bridgerton! What a joy it was to work on this project! What started off as a mere idea, became an experience of love, laughter, and memories. To two sold out shows and an almost filled matinee, this production showcased the beauty of collaboration and drive.

I want to thank every single individual and theatre that stood behind me and helped make my dreams come true. Words cannot express my gratitude and love for each and every single one of you. It’s not everyday you get to build a show from the ground up and I couldn’t have done it without you all.

I want to thank everybody who came to the shows and got to experience the laughter and joy we wholeheartedly wanted to share with you all. What is art without someone to share it with, and it was a honor to share it all with you.

Lastly, thank you to @kjjyvng for being my rock throughout this whole process. If a decade of friendship wasn’t already a testament to my love for you, our ability to work together flawlessly and make magic was the cherry on top. Your unwavering support and positivity pulled me through this whole process and I cannot thank you enough for that. You are the best production/stage manager and sister from another mister I could ask for.

I have so much gratitude for this production and the cast and crew who made it all happen. This whole process has been such a joy to be a part of, and I would not have wanted to do this show with anyone else.

To my fellow cast mates:
To be surrounded by people I love and adore, it made doing what I love so much easier and it made every single rehearsal fun and enjoyable. Watching from the sidelines of the stage, watching each scene grow and the love between all of us grow with it was one of my biggest takeaways. I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am for each and every one of you for making this, hands down, my best experience here at FIU.

To Josie and KJ:
You two are so remarkable and resilient. To take on a project like this with a vision and to tackle it with such passion and dedication is so incredibly inspiring. You both made this show be what it was, a joy for the audience AND your cast/crew. To create such an amazing experience for everyone all around in itself is a hard task, but you both did it with such grace and above all, PROFESSIONALISM. I truly have endless love for you both.

To the crew:
You guys are so awesome. Thank you for being our helping hands and bringing Josie’s and KJ’s vision to life with your hard work, creative minds, and eagerness to assist in any and every way you could. You are the artists and creatives behind the scene that also deserve recognition. Thank you.

Although the season has come to a close, do not worry dearest reader. This author will always be around, keeping the buzz about the ton.

What an incredible show! Everyone did such an amazing job! The show was super funny. I was laughing throughout. @issa_zamaire you really shone as Hero! @kool_kat.f you killed it as Lycus! @shaynamcgregor you ate it up as Gymnasia! It was so lovely getting to see y'all perform, and to catch up a little. Thank you @erin_randallthor for accompanying me to this!

Cameron’s 22nd birthday weekend was a success! I love getting the time to fully dedicate to you @cameronpanny You deserve the world and that’s pretty expensive but i’ll keep working on it ;)

Words can't really do justice to explain how I feel, but I'll try.

Ever since I was a kid my dream has been to entertain people. I did theater as a kid, and always wanted to do more, but I was always too scared I wouldn't be good enough. For a long time I felt like I wasted so much time not following this dream of mine, but I've come to realize that I started my dream precisely when I was ready and meant to.
Being a part of this production has changed my life. It has solidified in me that I'm on the right path, and that I do actually have talent. I have so much work to get where I want to be, but I know I can get there now. I met so many incredible people, made great friends, and experienced true magic. A massive thank you to the whole creative team for giving me a chance, even after my not great audition. 😅 You are all incredible people, who unlocked a whole lot of talent in this huge cast. Thank you to @vero_beach_theatre_guild for being where I started my journey, and giving me the opportunity to follow my dream. You will always be where I call home.
