Last night, we gathered for our New Hire Dinner — an evening designed to welcome, connect, and celebrate the talented individuals who have chosen to begin their careers with us.

We’re incredibly grateful to each of our new team members for trusting Van Michael Salon with their careers and allowing us to be part of their journey. From getting to know our leadership team to meeting fellow new hires, it was such a special night filled with great conversations, new connections, and plenty of laughs.

We believe that joining a salon is about more than just finding a job. It’s about finding your people, investing in your growth, and becoming part of a team that wants to see you succeed.

There have been so many blessings for me so far in this life. Thirty one years ago I was blessed with this human. To see her grow through all of the stages of her life has been truly beautiful. I’ve got to watch her and @yvngcharlz love blossom over the past several years into the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. I’m so happy for you two and my heart is full with joy and love. Now I look forward to seeing their lives grow together as husband and wife. I love you both immensely. One thing will always stay the same, @shaynegoss will always be my little girl ❤️❤️❤️

I may be 3 days late but couldn’t miss posting pictures from Mother’s Day! I got to spend it will ALL of my kids which hasn’t happened in years!! We had a wonderful brunch with our family and the Pinkard family, our new family. I also captured a few special moments during the wedding rehearsal. 💕

Watching my bonus daughter marry the love of her life was something I’ll never forget. Shayne & Charlie’s wedding day was absolutely beautiful — filled with so much love, joy, and happiness. And watching my husband walk his little girl down the aisle was one of the sweetest, most emotional moments of the day. So grateful to celebrate such a special day with all the people who love them most. 🤍
