EXEC SPOTLIGHT🧸🤍✨

Meet Shayne our current VP of Recruitment and Marketing!!

Hi! I’m Shayne, and I’m Kappa Delta’s Vice President of Recruitment & Marketing at Rollins. 🤍
Going through recruitment was one of the best decisions I’ve made at Rollins. I remember feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness, but from the moment I walked into the KD house, I felt an immediate sense of belonging. I instantly knew I had found my home and that I had made the right decision rushing.
Getting to help create that same experience for others is something I’m incredibly excited and grateful to do. Since joining KD, I’ve grown so much not only in confidence, but also as a leader and student. This role has pushed me to become the best version of myself.
I’m endlessly thankful to my sisters for the confidence, guidance, and support they’ve given me throughout this role, and I can’t wait to meet all of our potential new members and help them experience what makes KD so special to me.
