My acquaintance with Yoga started back in 2008.
After an unfortunate motorcycle accident. In which I had to have two months of physiotherapy.
After these two months, my Physiotherapist suggested that I should start practicing Yoga.
Luckily, I knew a friend who is a Yoga instructor and started working right away.
A new world had opened to me - a new concept of breathing, new physical stretches of muscles I didn't know existed, and most importantly - inner observation while taking everything slow.
These days, even though I don't dedicate an hour or more (merely 15 minutes), I claim that everybody should practice Yoga for a few minutes. Every day.
