Senior Trey Carey is every coach’s dream. He’s a chippy guard that will guard you 94ft and knockdown the open shot. Can finish strong in the paint but also looking to create for others. A great player to have on your team. @tr3ycarey @shc_hoops @boyscalilive26 @thehoopadmin

@__san.tos___ getting some work in! First person to try out our new 80 minute system.

25 minutes of non-stop shooting designed for each individual player. No breaks. Shooting while tired.

30 minutes of scoring against live defense. For Jayden’s session it was focused on attacking close outs, being able to take the initial bump and still score off of 2 feet. All while tired.

Lastly, 25 minutes to clean up what we saw needed to be improved from the first 2 parts of the session. We saw Jayden needed to drop his hips more on his shot to help his balance and arc.

Let’s keep working! 💪🏽
