last night, I spent an incredible evening surrounded by some of the most fabulous and accomplished women in Miami with @sanpellegrino_us @acquapannausa for Festa Della Donna. Traditionally celebrated on March 8th, women throughout Italy are presented with golden mimosa flowers in celebration of the female spirit. Last night we had the pleasure of being treated first to a caviar pairing and then a delectable alfresco dinner on the beautiful upstairs patio at @contessaristorante 🍝 everyone went home with a beautiful arrangement of golden mimosa flowers and a bouquet courtesy of @wtflowermia 💐 cheers to women everywhere and to #PerfectMoments with #SanPellegrino 💦🍝💛 special thank you to our hosts @a.l.l.i.s.o.n.f & @omegrabian

Every year that I host Empire State of Law, I’m reminded why I started LVLUP Legal. In the beginning, it was about having the freedom But over time, it has become so much more. Today, it’s about creating community and being creative in a profession that’s often seen as traditional.

That’s why Empire State of Law is more than just a conference. It’s an event designed to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Because law isn’t only about reviewing and drafting contracts. It’s about who you learn from, who you build with, and who you grow alongside.

Meet MAX - the technical genius who makes sure every frame we create actually works in the real world. While YO dreams in color palettes and vintage aesthetics, MAX is the one ensuring our acetate won’t break, our hinges won’t loosen, and our lens technology actually delivers on its promises.
This is him in his element - surrounded by prototypes, color samples, and technical drawings. Those lens swatches? Each one represents hours of testing to get our signature warm filters just right. The chess set? Well, that’s just how his mind works…strategic, thoughtful, always thinking three moves ahead.
Last week’s launch dinner was incredible, but the real magic happens in moments like this - when passion meets precision, and big ideas get refined into beautiful, wearable reality.
