I recently had the privilege of sitting down with my friend, Eden Brihan, founder of She Abides Collective for an interview.

With a background in biochemistry, a Master’s in Public Health and a strong faith, Eden brings together health, movement, faith and community in such a powerful way. 🧬🙏🏽

She started She Abides to create space for sisterhood, movement and worship, welcoming all women 🤝🏽❤️, and has successfully sold our three Pilates events already.

But this conversation was about so much more than fitness.

We spoke about caring for our bodies as an act of stewardship, the importance of prevention, and the courage it takes to step out in faith.

📖 Read the full interview at tendyourtemple.com to hear Eden’s story and discover the heart behind She Abides. @sheabides_collective
