POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

#ThrowbackThursday October 2025 when I decided to throw caution to the wind and travel solo for my very first book event Family First Fire Always 🔥 🫣 If you’re thinking about attending book events alone, DO IT❕

I was out of my element, but team @inkspired_events made me feel like I was with family! Auntie Shan, Ms. Nat, Ambi, Shea, Tasha, and Coco put on an intimate event and I’m so glad I decided to go.

I’ve met so many beautiful women, got to meet @_jahquelj @authoressbriyannamichelle @authorcwilson @wesleighsiobhan and so many others. I def “fan girled” lol, so much talent under one roof! I didn’t take many pics bc I was actually enjoying myself at the masquerade sneaker ball at Case House ☺️🎭A time was had!

You all forever have my support and I can’t wait to see you at the next event 🫶🏾✨

Welcome to the Mansion

Our Operations Lead

Please help me welcome our Operations Lead for the Haunted Mansion Masquerade Fantasy Ball 2027

This role is the backbone of the event, overseeing logistics, managing flow, coordinating teams, and making sure every detail comes together seamlessly behind the scenes.

From Vendor Alley to panels, signings, and immersive experiences… this is the person helping keep the entire Mansion running smoothly

It takes vision, structure, and leadership to bring something like this to life, and I’m excited to have that energy on the team.

Every story has a moment where everything changes.

A secret.
A mistake.
A confession.

Introducing Confessions in Ink, a new live literary series from InkSpired.

It all starts with an anonymous “Dear InkSpired” letter from a fictional character. Our narrator reads the confession, our panel gives their honest advice, and then we reveal the book behind the drama.

Two weeks later, the author joins us to talk about the story and the characters that started it all.

Because sometimes fictional characters make very real mistakes.

Some stories are written in ink. Some confessions are too.
