Let’s talk about ingredients we may overlook in our skincare.

Turn the bottle around. Look for ingredients ending in “paraben,” and check for “fragrance” or “parfum”—which may not tell you every component of a fragrance mixture. Read the label, ask questions and choose with intention.

At Hamamat African Beauty, we celebrate Pure shea butter: a traditional moisturizer for soft, nourished skin. Explore the beauty of shea at our African beauty shop .

Making your own souvenir and not picking it up from a market-that’s a special travel experience.

During this trip, our guests had the opportunity to take a Shea Butter Making class at the @sheabuttermuseum in Accra, Ghana.

They learnt the history behind shea butter from different African countries and finally made customized shea butter for themselves.

Is this an experience you would like to have?

A day of learning, creating & immersing ourselves in Ghanaian culture! 🇬🇭🤎

Our group visited the Shea Butter Museum, learning all about the traditional process and even creating their own shea butter with a scent of their choice. 🌸✨

An unforgettable experience, and they left with some amazing personalised shea butter to take home! 🤎
