We award monthly grants to female founded nonprofits that provide funding, mentorship and resources to Women and Girls.
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Did you know that less than 2% of annual U.S. charitable donations go toward women and girls? This is why we have to keep pushing for change. A gathering of women doing things to impact change. We watched a preview of Joan’s Teeth, a short film starring Kathleen Turner that shines a light on ageism produced by And She Flew. @thethreetomatoes @andsheflewllc @sheangelsfoundation Look for ways to support reproductive health, human services, anti-poverty campaigns and gender-based violence prevention.

What an afternoon! 🎬✨It's not every day I get to meet legendary actress @yesitsmekathleenturner and watch two of my Changemakers Podcast guests receive a grant for the incredible short film she stars in! Here's how real authentic connection works👇 @kimberrioslin and @coleycampany were guests on my Today is the Day Changemakers podcast. Through an opportunity that arose from my foundation receiving a grant Coley met @catcurrywilliams, cofounder of the @sheangelsfoundation and a fellow Changemaker. Cat wrote a chapter for Today Is the Day. LIVE IT! and the foreword for the upcoming book Today is the Day. OWN IT! Kim and Coley applied for a She Angels grant as producers of the film, and today I got to see them receive it. 🙌 I was also with my LIVE IT! authors Cat, @teresemr1 and @debkberger , and made new friends along the way today. As humans, we're wired for connection. Not just the networking kind, and not the "what can you do for me" kind. Just real, authentic connection. None of what happened today was planned or strategic. It started with genuine conversations and people who truly cared about each other, and it grew into a moment we all got to celebrate together. When you show up as yourself, the right people find you. Grateful to be surrounded by incredible humans. Congratulations to @andsheflewllc. Please make sure to watch this movie.

A little style, a lot of confidence, and a beautiful afternoon together! ❤️✨ A huge thank-you to Monica Cargile, founder of fellow nonprofit Well Dressed, for leading today’s SHE IS Series! We explored how fashion can help us feel more confident, express who we are, and understand the first impressions we make. The class was full of questions, conversation, and participation - and we especially loved seeing our single moms and their children joining in together! 🥰 Through styling education, workshops, and personalized support, Well Dressed helps women rebuilding their lives reconnect with their confidence, identity, and self-worth. Such a meaningful connection to the work we do at SHE IS HOPE LA! ❤️ We’re so grateful we met Monica through a She Angels Foundation event! With the closure of Dress for Success’s Los Angeles location, connecting with another organization offering this kind of support means so much. Women supporting women - and nonprofits supporting one another - creates wonderful possibilities! ✨ These special moments bring our community closer, giving our families space to learn, connect, and cheer each other on. Thank you, Monica, for sharing your time, expertise, and heart with our families! 👗❤️ Learn more about their work: www.welldressed.org #SHEISHOPELA #SHEISSeries @welldressedorg @sheangelsfoundation #WomenSupportingWomen #SingleMoms #ConfidenceThroughStyle

This past weekend, my hometown newspaper, @salisburypost published a wonderful article about me, Shero Comics, and our upcoming Young Grandmaster Choi Kickstarter, which launches TOMORROW, October 13, at 10 AM PST / 1 PM EST! 🥰 If you’ve ever wondered about my connection to South Korea, why I started Shero Comics, or why education is woven into almost everything we create, this article connects all the dots! ☝🏾 What makes this especially meaningful is that The Salisbury Post is where my love of comics first began. Every Sunday morning, my grandma would bring the newspaper’s comic strips to my bedroom, never knowing she was planting the seeds for what would eventually become Shero Comics. 🥹 And now, all these years later, I’m featured in that very same newspaper talking about the comics I create. Talk about a full-circle moment! ❤️ Link in bio! https://www.salisburypost.com/2026/10/10/spencer-native-to-release-newest-installment-in-comic-series/

When a LEGEND speaks, you listen! 🌟❤️ I am beyond honored and deeply touched by these kind words from the one and only @sharonglessreal , the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress and iconic star of #cagneyandlacey about my one woman show “Holy Shiitake! A Wok Star is Born 🎭✨🍄 To have someone I’ve admired for so many years experience my show and share such a heartfelt testimonial means the absolute world to me. 🙌 This show is my love letter to my mother, my family, and the messy, funny, sometimes painful journey of finding my own voice. Knowing that this story resonates with people, especially someone as extraordinary as Sharon, is truly a gift. ❤️🥟 Thank you, Sharon, for your generosity, encouragement, and support. I’m still pinching myself! 🙏 🎭 Holy Shiitake! A Wok Star Is Born - Stay tuned for upcoming shows 🤩 #HolyShiitake #SharonGless #CagneyAndLacey #Queerasfolk

🍷🎨 A DREAM 3.5 YEARS IN THE MAKING… AND I’M STILL IN AWE! Today, we’re pouring Chingona Vine wines at Sabor del Valle in Solvang, celebrating entrepreneurship, culture, and the power of believing in a dream. And there’s something extra special to share! ❤️ 🎨 Our talented artist, Mario Lopez, transformed a spontaneous photo we took off the 101 Freeway at PCH into this incredible painting! What started as an unplanned moment became a beautiful piece of art capturing a dream three and a half years in the making. We’ll be auctioning this one-of-a-kind artwork, along with additional merchandise, at a later date. Details coming soon! As the founder of Chingona Community, seeing this vision come to life through wine and now art leaves me in awe. I’m so grateful to everyone who has believed in this journey. The wine is more than wine. The painting is more than art. It’s a story of resilience, entrepreneurship, culture, and legacy. And the best part? THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING! 🔥 If you’re in Solvang today, come see us at Sabor del Valle, enjoy our wines, and celebrate this special moment with us! Thank you for supporting Chingona Community. ❤️ Stay Chingona. #ChingonaCommunity #ChingonaVine #SaborDelValle #LatinaEntrepreneur #artwithpurpose
