How was your September 1st?! Can’t say that Kory or I would complain with how ours turned out. We watched a lot of elk over the weekend, and we had the opportunity to harvest a couple great bulls on opening day. Sometimes you just have to stick to the plan and follow the rules you set forth for yourself. These weren’t the bulls we were looking for but what an experience it was. Closest I have been to an elk and it did not disappoint! Can’t wait to see where the rest of the month takes us! Cheers to September!

First clip: The second bull we called in within a 5 minute period. The bull came right past Kory and literally into my lap.

Second clip: Kory’s perspective as the shooter.

Third clip: First bull we encountered as he rakes.

Fourth clip: Raking bull coming to the calls

Pic 5: Still shot from first video

@307hornhunter - 2022 WY Pronghorn - Hot October temps and many consecutive full days of sunshine made this years antelope season a challenging one to say the least. After 3 days of grinding, I was finally able to find one that tripped my trigger. I’ll be the first to admit we are spoiled here in WY and I’m bummed the bulk of my resident hunting season is over. T minus 7 days to Kansas!!

@altitude_thiccness and his brother Ross D! 💪🏼 Sometimes if you stare at sage brush long enough, it turns into antler tips. Long week of glassing with ross d ,but we turned up a couple good ones. #shednecks #getwestern #madeinwyoming

@wyo_austin @wyo_gtnimmo I've always heard about "getting bit by the sheep bug" from people who have successfully harvested a ram, and it finally makes sense now.

The challenge and growth of chasing an animal that thrives in country we can barely crawl up is alluring to me.

With each climbing step, gale-force winds push against you making you bow to the mountain, all while throwing grit in your face making you question how bad you want it. I was immediately addicted.

After several days, a few outings, and uncountable miles hiked, I met the ram I couldn't pass up.

His giant bases, chocolate cape, and long flared-out light-colored horns was the exact type of old mountain warrior we'd been grinding for, and on a cold foggy October evening, I made a successful 422-yard shot concluding a lifelong goal.

A special thanks goes to my brother Garrett for being there every step of the way and helping during all the highs and lows. Another special thanks goes to my wife, Kimberlyn. You are the glue that keeps our family together, and I'll never be able to describe how much I love and appreciate you.

Friday evening, after work, I drove into the night, finally pulling over and getting to sleep a little after midnight. Back awake at 3:00 AM to finish the drive and hike up a predetermined hill in the dark. Sneak in and he lets me know he’s right where he should be…and so am I, about 150 yards from him. We proceeded to banter back and forth a bit and have one of the most memorable mornings I’ve ever had in the turkey woods. It’s rare that every move I made was perfect, but that was the case today. Just a gem of a turkey hunt I won’t soon forget on the Public Land Ranch. Ambassador @twilliamswy

Merry Christmas ya filthy animals! 🦌 We hope that everyone is getting to spend this time with friends and family doing what you love. The past few years have been an ongoing struggle fighting supply chain issues to keep quality products in stock for y’all, but we appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, but most of all your continued support. It means the world to us, THANK YOU!! 🙏🏻 🎄

After 15 days in the stand, the timing and fresh snow made for a perfect morning for deer activity…Merritt was sad he wasn’t with me when I got him, but was awesome having him there for the recovery. Weatherby .257 proved itself again! Happy thanksgiving!! 🦌 SN Ambassador Ira Waldron

Happy bday @wyobooner! We just got back from Montucky, passed opportunities on over dozen young whitetail bucks in our 2 days there, the only shooter buck we found juuuuuust about slipped up and stepped onto public but came 75yds short. Did 22 miles on foot between both days, crushed a few sheds and some Coors Light cans. This chilly holiday season I’m thankful for good buds and a heated @davis_tent_official wall tent 🥶 Have a good long weekend everybody!

Ambassador @wyohunter89 2021 Wyoming late season bull

What I thought was going to be a laid back lower elevation hunt turned into a full high country adventure that consisted of 2 days of packing to get this guy off the mountain.

I have to give a huge thanks to my wife for holding down the fort and taking care of 2 kids while I was gone. And another huge shoutout to Levi for being able to come help on such short notice, couldn’t have done it without you man!
