POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Funny how we all in one picture without knowing what life had planned for each of us.

Today, some are married. Some are raising families. Some are building careers. Some have relocated. Some we’re still in touch with… and some we haven’t seen in years.

Yet, we all started from the same classroom, wearing the same uniforms, sharing the same dreams, and probably counting down to break time. 😄

Life really is a journey, and looking back reminds me that everyone starts somewhere.

If this picture could talk…

It would tell stories of school assemblies, shared lunchboxes, classroom punishments, inter-house sports, and friendships we thought would last forever.

Life has taken us in different directions, but it’s beautiful to look back and see where it all began

what’s one memory from your primary school days you’ll never forget?

Threads of Glory

I am a seamstress.
A dream weaver.
A storyteller with a needle for a pen,
and fabric for pages.

Every stitch I make,
is a sentence of patience,
a paragraph of passion,
and a full chapter in the book of creation.

They bring me torn dreams,
ill-fitting hopes,
and say, “Can you make this beautiful?”
And I smile,
because beauty is my language.

My hands dance 💃🏽
measuring, drafting, cutting, joining what the world has separated.
I see shape where others see shreds,
I see elegance waiting beneath the ordinary.

Behind every perfect fit,
is a night of pricked fingers,
a heart whispering, “one more try.”
Behind every flowing gown,
is a woman who refused to give up on fabric,
and on herself.
I don’t just sew clothes,
I tailor confidence,
I hem ambition,
I design dreams that fit perfectly on the body of courage.

Every fabric has a story
and every story deserves to be worn proudly.

So when you see my work,
don’t just say “Nice outfit.”
Say “Well done, artist.”
Because my thread doesn’t just bind cloth,
it binds PURPOSE ,
VISION,
and GRACE.

Happy Sunday Eyin Temi🥰

Fashion Meets The Future

When preparing for this conference, one loud thought on my mind was “What can I wear to a Fashion Tech event?” Out of curiosity, I decided to ask AI for outfit suggestions suitable for such an occasion. Interestingly, it recommended a transparent blouse paired with a wide leg trousers and statement jewelry or accessory to represent fashion innovation. The transparency symbolizing tech and the statement piece representing fashion. That creative suggestion set the tone for my experience.

Today at the conference, I discovered how tools like OpenAI, Gemini, and Leonardo AI can make the creative process faster and more exciting for fashion designers like me. From mood boards and sketches to fabric ideas, collection planning, and even content creation, AI is not here to replace creativity, but to enhance it.

I also learnt how important it is never to play down on relatable content. People connect more with what they can see themselves in, and that connection is what drives impact.

Beyond fashion and tech, I also learned that there is a human element at the heart of my business. In fashion, it is not enough to focus only on the entertainment and glamour. We must also look deeply at the business side: strategy, sustainability, and creating real impact for the people we serve.

This experience showed me that embracing tech does not take away from the artistry of fashion, it enhances it. With AI, I can save time, expand my creativity, and deliver more value to my clients.

The future of fashion is here, and I am excited to be part of it. Now, let’s go create more stunning designs with what we’ve learnt!
