Abby’s story is about so much more than motherhood.

It’s about navigating loss, stepping into motherhood, and embracing the emotional and physical journey that comes with a new chapter. ❤️

And that’s exactly why getting her message clear matters.

When we looked at Abby’s business, we saw a gap between what she knows she does and what someone landing on her page actually sees.

The goal isn’t to make her page about dogs or get distracted by the surface-level content.

The goal is to make it crystal clear to the women who need Abby’s solution who she helps, what she helps them with, and why they should trust her.

That’s the kind of bottleneck we’re looking for.

And we’re doing this inside our 30-Day Sales Momentum Challenge, starting September 14.

You’ll get an assessment that looks at your business from the outside in:

What you think you’re communicating vs. what people are actually seeing.

Then we work on the bottleneck that could be costing you sales.

If you want in, comment MOMENTUM or send me a message.

We are working with a business owner, who wants direction on her offers, content, and more.

We found a common thread: a problem that others potentially want solved.

At first she named three different things she wanted to but, it wouldn’t confused the audience.

With her personalized Instagram bottleneck audit, we found some gold. We will be narrowing it down even more.

For now her offer will based around mom’s healing after miscarriage and preparing spiritually for motherhood.

It has been 17 months since Abby last stepped onto the platform. To the outside observer, that might look like a simple gap in a competitive resume. To those of us in her corner, those 17 months were a grueling, beautiful, and often overwhelming roller coaster.

Powerlifting is frequently measured in plates and pounds, but Abby’s recent success wasn’t built just on physical strength; it was built on the courage to face her darkest days and the willingness to let others help her find the light.

The Art of Reining In

Abby is a “wheels fall off” kind of athlete. She has a relentless motor and an internal drive that pushes her to give 100% until there is nothing left. In the past, that grit was her greatest asset, but it was also her greatest shadow.
This prep, the challenge wasn’t pushing her harder; it was teaching her to trust stillness.
• The Shift: We moved from a 4-day training split to 3 days.
• The “Why”: Abby balances a high-stress career and personal health goals.
We traded a day of heavy lifting for a day of self-care and walking —> prioritizing recovery over fatigue.
• The Internal Battle: This was the hardest part. Abby had to fight the persistent narrative that “less” meant “failing.” She had to learn that progress isn’t always found in the grind; most often, it’s found in the spaces between.

Had we let the old narrative win, the outcome would have been different. But by choosing a path of balance and trusting the people in her corner, Abby showed up for herself in ways she never thought possible.

She didn’t just lift weights; she lifted the weight of expectation and doubt.

The Milestone Moments

While the emotional victory was the true prize, the numbers on the platform served as a thunderous exclamation point to her hard work. Abby didn’t just meet her goals; she redefined them.

Squat - 147.5kg/325lb
Bench - 102.5kg/226lb - 4th attempt 105kg/231lb
Deadlift - 162.5kg/358lb
Total - 9/9, 412.5kg/909lb

What’s next?

I’ll let Abby share those details with you all. Just know, the wheels are still on and they’re moving faster than ever 😤.

Such a wonderful night with @dogstarrescue gala. Thank you to @mitzisat for being my guest. There is nothing more special than seeing previous fosters and kennel dogs live their best life and tonight was a reminder of why we do what we do.

Big lifts all around from some athletes in preparation for meets coming up!

We’ve also got a few people at new lows for bodyweight while maintaining strength and eating MORE.

And Syd with a massive 10 mile finish coming in faster than targeted pace from training!

Great week for the crew!

Today we are going to take a moment to highlight two incredible people; the dynamic husband and wife duo, the exceptionally strong couple (in so many ways), the always positive people - Abby and Mike!

Honestly, I think you can ask any person that knows them and you’d get the same response - they’re just genuinely great people.

Not only that, but they both come to PSW and put in incredible work.

We could go on for days about them, but we won’t. We just hope that everyone out there has a couple of people like them

2024 Year in Review:

The team COOKED on the platform this year.

You know what’s better?

The momentum we’re going into 2025 with.

I have zero doubts that next year’s platform wrapped will come with even better numbers.

Grateful to be reading you the map while you’re all in the drivers seat of these accomplishments!

It’s been a pleasure to watch Abby grow to the powerlifter she is today.

So much more to come and I can’t thank you enough for inviting me on this journey with you @shehulk87.

Big thank you to @shegymproductions (and all the volunteer staff) for an incredibly smooth and fair run meet.

Closed out the year for the Ambitious Team on a high note!

🔥🔥🔥 sums it up simply.

I met Abby (2-ish?) years back through a mutual friend. We were in the same cohort for a content creation group.

Abby came to me late last year expressing interest in competing in a meet. We onboarded her in January and made a plan for her to compete in her first powerlifting meet for April.

Abby had a great prep. To be honest, she had a great base of strength for us to build off of from her recent participation in CrossFit. This prep was NOT seamless, but she certainly made it all look smooth and the numbers she hit were proof of all the hard work she put into this process.

Recap:
8/9 on lifts

Squat
1st Attempt - 275# ⚪️⚪️⚪️
2nd Attempt - 290# ⚪️⚪️⚪️
3rd Attempt - 300# ⚪️⚪️⚪️(matched prep PR but this moved like a 1st attempt!)

Bench
1st Attempt - 175# ⚪️⚪️⚪️
2nd Attempt - 190# ⚪️⚪️⚪️ (5lbs under her best bench in prep)
3rd Attempt - 200# 🔴🔴🔴(missed just off the chest)

Deadlift
1st Attempt - 290# ⚪️⚪️⚪️
2nd Attempt - 305# ⚪️⚪️⚪️
3rd Attempt - 320# ⚪️⚪️⚪️ (5# PR from top prep single)

Total: 810#

A stellar prep. A stellar performance. It’s been an honor to watch you grow in such a short time Abby. I know we’re just getting started too!

I’m sure you’ll find her hard at work next week pushing herself for that 200# bench press. She’s got eyes on it 👀

Great work @shehulk87 !!
