Not all icons are on stage… some are building it. ✨🎡

Behind the magic of Coachella is a powerhouse of women making it all happen.

From creative direction to production, partnerships to design, they’re the ones shaping the culture and bringing these moments to life.

The girls behind the scenes? Yeah… they deserve a front row spotlight too.

Tap in. Keep them on your radar. ✨

📌🦁 Building the Pinterest Manifestival

With @cannes_lions behind us, here’s a little glimpse in how it all came together. Nine+ months of planning, dreaming, creating and collaborating between many including our Pinterest House of Creative, Pinterest Business Marketing, @weareamplify, and @deeplocal. And of course our wonderful partners at the Festival @gabrielleaperez and Helen MacManamon.

I’m especially proud of the House of Creative under @xanthewells leadership for pushing the team to take big swings in how we brought the concept to life. And our Marketing partners under @stacywrightmalone’s leadership who were the ultimate collaborators in developing a surround sound campaign designed to drive business impact.

We designed a space that let attendees step into a Pin, where they could discover their tastes, remix art with us, express themselves, and ultimately find themselves in the possibilities.

You’ll see a few highlights including the moment @brandisteele @cctoldya saw their beautiful work IRL for the first time after months of working on the design. And when @xanthewells took the stage sharing why humans are an essential part of the creative process.

Stay tuned for Part 2 - more of the sights, sounds, and people.

In 2019 I traveled with @letaylor_ and her (then named) SOL Society group travel club to Mexico City and Morocco. She made the world a playground. Bringing the most dreamy places within arms reach (with such ease to its members). Of course now we know Taylor as the queen of @lesolhouse and apparently the transition of turning her passion into a sustainable business wasn’t as easy as it now seems. Listen/watch episode 8 of Your True Work podcast to learn how sticking to your intention and dedication can become the key to turning your dream into a reality, despite unexpected turns.
