Never have I attended a wedding more intentionally beautiful than the one I did this weekend. and I’m not just talking decor and sweet pictures (although they were incredible 😭). Yesterday I felt like I witnessed God affirm a thing.. establish a covenant.. in real time. Every part of the celebration felt right. My words are not doing the experience any justice.. but sometimes you just know when God impresses his finger print on something.. and that’s what we were blessed to witness yesterday.

Jessica and Joel, I pray that the fullness of our experience yesterday is just the floor of what you all will experience in your marriage. That every declaration made would be the song that underscores your new life together. That abundance and blessing would be your portion. May God handle you all with deep care all the days of your lives. Wishing you all the most incredible beginning to an even more beautiful life together. I love you dearly. Congratulations!!✨🫶🏾

The New 3pc

I came across the picture and I saw the “new 3pc” next to the old. It was just me and my girls. I would go to the end of the earth for them and one day I will share about my TV journey regarding them.

I have had so many feelings of releasing and witnessing the blossom, how some things haven’t change in others I can see the growth in mines. I love it and I praise and ask God to cover them with everything he has. I know so many people that have issues with Mother/Daughter dynamics but I’m so glad we are ALL evolving and making room for each other.

Ya know, releasing one for the next level and supporting one during a health challenge. Whatever we are we are ALL in it together.

We allow space and grace and we are so aligned it’s crazy good. I want to help others find this kind of freedom of this kind of relationship. So many don’t get the opportunity so you must create it.

I promise you it will seem challenging and forever evolving but the more you do it. The bigger your heart gets to receive and help others. God is more than able but you have to be open to receive it and own whatever and heal it!

For yourself, for them and the more babies to come. Cause me and Noah…..baybee there are no words but the love is so intense , it’s different for sure but helping me see life differently.

Thank you God! I’m exhausted but I need to share this, with me being shy and all!

Y’all I saw this picture today that Bug posted and it literally took me back! I’ve been having so many emotions about them lately that sometimes I can’t express in the moment or at all. I realized today from the post I made last night that my baby is getting married. 😳 She already gave me the best gift that I could have ever received and that’s Noah but when Bug posted that pic of her (probably at Nono’s age) my emotions finally had words.

My girls are so beautiful in their spirit and love for each other that makes my heart swell so big. I hear and see so many sister ships where they are out of alignment that they help and make me believe that “sissy love” is action, quiet, supportive, innocent, encouraging and so many more things like keeping up with the Bride! 🤭😜😂😂😂

They make me believe in love and magic and I love how our ships have evolved but MY FIRST Baby?? It was just me and Lu for 6yrs and then came Bug and life just exploded. Lu you took it all in stride just like you will with your new journey!

But Bug and I are right here…always! 🥰🥰

I’ve had the great joy of apprenticing this summer with chef @kristinberingson ✨ she’s been teaching me so many things so it was a gift to have her with me for Distilled this year along with our whiskey pairing partner @lfdistillery 🥃

It was an unforgettable evening celebrating the future of Tennessee’s culinary industry. It was an honor for Neely’s Nashville to work with @tenn_hta in supporting the next generation!

I got to share some of our Memphis barbecue favorites while reconnecting with friends and familiar faces! Gave ‘em a taste of true Southern hospitality🤎
