There was a time I truly didn’t recognize myself.

I thought postpartum depression was going to call me to the floor & never get back up… I felt so alone in what I was carrying. I had just moved to a new state, away from everything familiar, and more than anything—I just needed a friend. Someone who understood, someone who saw me.

I remember wondering if I would ever feel like *me* again.

And now… I look around a room with 80+ women moving together, growing together, showing up for themselves and each other—and it doesn’t feel real sometimes.

What started from a place of pain turned into purpose.
What felt like isolation turned into community.
What I thought would break me… God used to build something so much bigger than me.

This space, these women, this community—it’s everything I once needed. A safe place. A supportive place. A place where you don’t have to have it all together to belong.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him…” — Romans 8:28 🤍

None of this is by accident. All of it is Him.

If you’re in a season where it feels heavy, lonely, or uncertain—please don’t give up. There is so much on the other side of what you’re feeling.
