We were honored to have a very special visit at Hope for Harvest as Darrel Walls received a personal tour of the Miracles on Brewton exhibit from co-curator and creator Catherine Brewton.

This exhibit is more than a collection of memories, it’s a powerful story of faith, legacy, resilience, and community. To walk through the exhibit and share the story behind Miracles on Brewton with such a special guest was truly a meaningful moment for us all.

Thank you, Darrel Walls, for taking the time to visit, listen, and experience the story and the legacy. Moments like this remind us how important it is to preserve and share the stories that inspire hope and healing in our community.

I could write a book describing the joy I feel for @musiqcity , Grammy Award Winner - for BEST GOSPEL ALBUM OF THE YEAR‼️😭❤️🔥😭 Darrel, you have worked relentlessly, and this moment is so deserved. I am beyond proud of you and deeply grateful to stand alongside you. The sweat equity poured into this journey produced tears of joy beyond comprehension. 🥹 This is a win you can truly be proud of. Relish every part of it.

Thank you to our hometeam @sheldonejohnson for being a constant source of stability and consistency throughout this journey, @gdesignme for always being by your side in every season, your incredible family @thewallsgroup , and your praying mama @mamawalls . I salute you all. ❤️

@pjmorton , what you + Darrel created is pure brilliance. You allowed us to listen in on something truly special. Sonically, you are a perfect match, and the chemistry is undeniable.

Thank you to your entire team @itstanyajames , @teampjmorton , @gumbostudios , @musicgriot , and @tyscotrecords for the collaborative effort on this album. This is a true team win. The amount of work poured into this would surprise most people, but the excellence speaks for itself. Now we take a breath, give thanks, and get right back to work. @ray_the_rebel thank you for making sure D was good this past week. The mission continues.

My Grandmother… Bea Johnson! 90 years, wow!

I am so grateful God let you be my grandmother. If I had to hand pick one, it would always be you!

Thanks for all the lessons you’ve taught me. Two of the many important principles that you’ve instilled in me, are to follow Christ, and mind my own business! You can always win with just those two alone!

It was an honor to celebrate you!
