We’ve had so many of you ask what Sunset Sessions is actually about. And we get it! It’s not quite a yoga retreat and it’s definitely not your typical night out. Think somewhere between a beautiful half-day retreat and a really good dance party. And here’s what we want you to understand. Your $235 ticket isn’t paying for a yoga class and a DJ. It’s four and a half hours of an experience we’ve spent months thoughtfully bringing together. Imagine arriving at one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most beautiful venues, welcomed with incredible locally sourced food and drinks. An hour of yoga with a live DJ. Cacao at sunset. Old-school house music. Barefoot dancing under the summer sky. Beautiful brand partnerships, gifts to take home and little surprises along the way. Everything is included. Just arrive. We’ll take care of the rest. And here’s something we’ve been thinking about. So many of us wouldn’t hesitate to spend $200 on a facial, a beautiful dinner or something new to wear. But when was the last time we invested that same amount in an experience designed entirely around how we want to FEEL? In an AI world where we’re spending more time looking at screens we think real human connection is becoming one of life’s greatest luxuries. No alcohol. No phones. No hangover. Just incredible music, movement, beautiful food, genuine connection and a night that’s entirely yours. We believe this could be the new way of doing nights out in midlife. 📍 The Cambium, Red Hill 📅 Friday 15 January 2027 🎟️ Tickets $235. Link in bio.

When we started building Emberr, we knew our first signature experience had to represent what we believe women are craving more of. Connection. Movement. Presence. Joy. So we created the kind of night we were craving ourselves. A chance to step out of the noise for a few hours. To arrive. Exhale. Eat something beautiful. Move your body. Meet someone new. Be completely present…. And eventually dance barefoot on the lawn as the sun goes down. ✨Emberr Sunset Sessions ✨ A carefully curated experience where every part of the evening has a reason for being there. From the beautiful setting and food, to the movement, cacao, music and all the little details in between. We’ve intentionally positioned Sunset Sessions as a premium offering. Not because we want it to feel exclusive, but because we want it to feel considered. A beautiful venue. Generous food and drinks. Incredible people guiding each part of the experience. And only 100 women sharing it together. This post takes you inside the thinking behind the night and why we’ve created it the way we have. Hopefully somewhere as you swipe, you’ll think…yep that sounds like a night I want to be part of. Bringing Sunset Sessions to life with some incredible Mornington Peninsula people + businesses: THE VENUE • @thecambium THE FOOD • @cornercounter THE MOVEMENT • @shell.wonders THE MUSIC • @djkartistry And there are a few more partners we can’t wait to introduce you to very soon… Friday 15 January 2027 The Cambium • Red Hill • Mornington Peninsula Tickets via the link in our bio.

What are you making more room for in this chapter of your life? For our final question in this series of The Second Half, we asked five women in their 50s what they want more of now. And maybe the most interesting thing about their answers was that nobody talked about doing more just for the sake of doing more. They talked about movement: Friendship, Family, Nature, Travel, Purpose, Fun…And making more room for themselves. Maybe that’s one of the shifts that happens in this chapter. You start becoming much more intentional about what gets your time, your energy and your attention. Less of what drains you. More of what makes you feel strong, connected, curious, useful, joyful and alive. A huge thank you to @amandajdark @b_a_c_i_x @msmidge @megyowaka @goldfinch_thelabel @shell.wonders for sharing so openly with us over the past three weeks. 🤎 We’ve loved hearing your perspectives on happiness, what you’d tell your 40-year-old self, and now, what you want more of in the years ahead. And we’re not finished with The Second Half. We’re looking for our next group of women in their 40s and 50s who’d be happy to answer a few questions about life, ageing, identity, relationships, health, happiness and everything we’re figuring out along the way. You don’t need a big following. You don’t need an extraordinary story. You just need to be willing to share yours. If you’d love to be part of the next series, send us a DM with the words SECOND HALF.

EMBERR SUNSET SESSIONS We couldn’t find the kind of night we wanted to go to anymore. So we created it. Beautiful local food. DJ-led yoga. Cacao at sunset. Music. Connection. And then, as the sun goes down, old-school house music and barefoot dancing on the lawn. 🪩 No alcohol. No phones once we begin. No hangover. Just 100 women. One very good summer night. 15 January 2027 The Cambium • Red Hill Tickets are live now. 🤎 Come with your people. Or come and find them here.

A huge thank you to @amandajdark @b_a_c_i_x @msmidge @shell.wonders @megyowaka for sharing so openly with us again. 🤎 For Question Two of The Second Half series, we asked five women in their 50s: What would you tell your 40-year-old self? Their answers were honest, thoughtful and probably familiar to a lot of us. You don’t have to have everything figured out. Listen to your body. Less can be more. The impressive job matters less than how your life actually feels. Relationships can survive hard seasons. You’re allowed to take up space. Maybe that’s one of the gifts of getting older. Not having all the answers, just getting clearer on what actually matters. Now we want to hear from you. 👇 If you’re in your 50s, what would you tell your 40-year-old self? And if you’re in your 40s, what would you love to ask a woman who’s already been there?
