So something pretty exciting happened today! I made Director for Beautycounter!⁣
⁣
Well actually, WE made Director! I say we because there is no way I could have done it without y’all. I have received so much support from you all and I can’t tell you how much it means to me. Hitting Director means I am at the top 10% of my company and I’m still in shock. ⁣
⁣
When I first started with Beautycounter I never once imagined that this would be possible. To be honest...hitting Director wasn’t even a goal when I first started because I don’t like to make goals that I don’t think are achievable. Of course I would have loved to hit Director and shoot for the stars type of thing but I wasn’t ready to put myself out there. I wasn’t ready to have a dream and then disappoint myself when it didn’t happen. ⁣
⁣
Initially, I started for the discount because I was already using the products for me and my family. After a few months I realized I could make money with it so I started sharing a little more. Well after about a year and a half of consistently showing up...it happened! ⁣
⁣
My biggest advice when starting anything...don’t knock yourself down before you even start. Don’t make excuses because it hurts no one but yourself. If you are going to do something, go big! Reach for the stars! Put yourself out there! Sure it can be scary but it can be a lot of fun too! ⁣
