I FORGOT WHO I WAS FOR A MINUTE… 🖤

But babe, I’m BACK. 🔥

My little pal is coming along for the ride. 💗

I’m getting back into my fitness, rebuilding my routine and getting focused on my goals again.

One step, one workout and one promise to myself at a time.

THIS GIRL IS STILL IN THERE. 👑

This video reminds me of what consistency can look like.

I’m not chasing an old version of myself. I’m building a stronger version of the woman I am today. 🙌🏼🔥

I’M BORED OF MY OWN BS. 😂🔥

The excuses. The overthinking. The “I’ll start tomorrow.”

I know what I’m capable of when I show up for myself.

Now it’s time to prove it through my actions.

WE’RE DOING THIS TOGETHER, GIRLS. ❤️‍🔥

I’ve teamed up with some of my Farmasi girls and our Shot father @garycarass_ , and we’re on a mission to get focused, work towards our goals and support each other along the way. 💪🏼

No perfection. No waiting for Monday. Just women choosing to show up for themselves again.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself lately, consider this your sign.

✨ MOVE YOUR BODY.
✨ KEEP YOUR PROMISES.
✨ STEP INTO YOUR POWER.

Want to join us? Comment I’M IN or send me a 💗 and I’ll tell you how to get involved.

Shell No. 107🐚🫶

A little robin, painted with a lot of love. 🐦✨

This little robin is part of my Glimmer Series, where I take the little signs, symbols and moments that mean something to someone and turn them into painted shells, before releasing them into the world.

This particular Glimmer was sent to me by @shellbobs100 , and I loved bringing it to life.

I met Sara and Flo through our children’s school, and I feel so lucky that those school-run friendships turned into something so much more.

And of course, after painting this little beauty, there was only one place to go… Flo’s house for one of her absolutely spectacular paellas! 😂❤️

Friendship, food, paint and a little robin carrying a little bit of magic.

This one is for you, Sara. ✨

This weekend I get to spend time with some incredible women who have become so much more than teammates ❤️

I’m beyond excited to be reunited with my Farmasi queens for a weekend of training, growth, empowerment and connection. There’s something special about being in a room full of women who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves while lifting others up along the way.

I’m also incredibly honoured to have been asked to join the panel and speak about a topic that’s close to my heart: mindset and staying in your own lane.

Because the moment you stop comparing, stop looking left and right, and focus on your own journey, everything changes. Confidence grows, peace grows, and so does your success. 🖤

I can’t wait to pour into this amazing community, share some lessons I’ve learned along the way, and most importantly give some BIG hugs. It’s been far too long and my heart is ready for it all.

Here’s to growth, sisterhood, belief, and becoming the woman you know you’re meant to be. ✨👑

The Year of the Fire Horse isn’t gentle.
It’s bold. Unapologetic. Driven.
It moves with instinct, courage and an unshakable sense of purpose 🔥🐎

And the truth is…
the fire hasn’t just appeared.
It’s been smouldering quietly in the background.
Building. Strengthening. Waiting for this moment.

Every lesson.
Every setback.
Every time I chose to keep going even when it felt heavy.

This is the year it stops simmering.
This is the year it burns bright.

No more playing small.
No more dimming the flame.
No more waiting for permission.

If you feel it too, that inner fire you’ve been carrying
this is your sign. 💫🔥

Run with it.
Lead with it.
Burn bright.

✨🔥 🐎

DM FIRE if you feel this energy and are ready to rise 🔥🐎

2026 attitude. 🖤
The number you have dialled doesn’t give a f*ck.
about fear, opinions, or playing small.

This year isn’t about ego.
It’s about self-worth.
It’s about women remembering who they are.
It’s about confidence built through action, not arrogance.

We’re moving with purpose.
Bringing more love, more light, and more belief into women’s lives.
Creating a community where you’re seen, supported, and stretched. 💫

And yes: inviting more women into the Farmasi business
not to “sell”, but to grow
to find confidence
to build belief
to stand in rooms they once felt unworthy of
and potentially change the trajectory of their entire life. 🔥

2026 isn’t loud for no reason.
It’s aligned.
It’s intentional.
It’s mission-led.

If you feel this… you’re already one of us 🤍
DM me “2026” and let’s talk.

Isn’t it wild how one decision can change everything? ✨

One message. One “yes.” One opportunity that brings the most incredible women into your life, women who lift you, see you, and remind you of your power. 🖤✨

Without NWM, our worlds may never have aligned… but now? We’re building something beautiful together, confidence, freedom and legacy.

This is more than makeup, beauty and wellness,
It’s movement.

🖤 Forever grateful for the sisters this journey brought into my life - love you queens.

Today has truly served ♥️✨

What an incredible day surrounded by the most inspiring women, my heart is so full 🥹
@klhmotivates I’m beyond grateful 🌙

Today reminded me just how powerful it is when you say yes to yourself, when you choose to do more of what you love and allow yourself to be YOU.

Because when you do… the magic shows up. ✨

There’s so much I can’t wait to share over the next week, but for now I’ll just say, I’m leaving today with that fire reignited to create more days that feel this aligned, fulfilling and full of purpose. 🔥

No edits just pure E M P O W E R M E N T ♥️✨

No edits. No filters. Just a moment of pure awakening.

This was more than a trip… it was a turning point. My team hit our biggest promotion yet, we earned a trip to Farmacity, and this experience, thanks to @klhmotivates ( love you and forever grateful) , was a reminder of just how powerful belief, sisterhood and vision truly are. 🌙

Ladies, I’m sharing this because I want YOU
to feel this magic too. 💫

We have the systems, strategies, tools and resources mapped out, all you need to do is show up for you and share your gift with the world.

If I can do this, so can you. My confidence today is years in the making, built one brave step at a time. ⭐

If fear’s holding you back, let me take your hand, because together, we’ll build, blossom, and rise. 🌹

This circle is where women become unstoppable. ✨
