💌🌍 YOU ASK 🎤 , I ANSWER 💬 Q: Do you run with a hula hoop because you want to lose weight? A: Haha, look at me—do I really look like I still need to shed more kilos? 😄🤔 To be honest, from the very first day I started hula hoop running, weight loss was never my goal. I didn’t treat it as a slimming workout—I treated it as a journey of discovery. I wanted to explore what this unique sport could offer me. For me, it’s always been about HEALTH. Because no matter how slim you are, if your body isn’t strong and your energy is low, you just won’t feel good—and that shows. I choose STRENGTH, ENERGY, and VITALITY over chasing numbers on a scale. ⚡✨ Almost 9 years in—and I’m still loving every step of it. Grateful for all the strength, joy, and energy this sport continues to bring into my life🫰🙏🎁💫🏃‍♀️😉 🌍World United 🤞Never Give Up 🙏 Stay HEALTHY Stay SAFE 💪Jia You Together 💞Your Support = My Rocket Fuel🚀 🥰 ENDLESS GRATITUDE Spread the positivity — you might be the kind soul who brightens someone’s day. Let the good vibes flow and the smiles grow!
