POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Well… I’m SMITTEN!! ❤️🏡
I had the pleasure of attending a broker’s open at 629 East Victory Drive, listed by my colleague and friend Shelley Smith, and I absolutely fell in love! From the timeless architecture and elegant details to the magnificent oak trees, private parking, and expansive backyard, this home has so much to love. And the light-filled interior? Simply beautiful! ✨
It’s one of those homes that captures the charm and character of Savannah so effortlessly. There’s just so much more to see and appreciate in person!
Let me know if you’d like a personal tour. I would LOVE to show you this special property! ❤️

SOLD! 2223 Daffin Drive 🏡

Strategically priced and under contract in just four days.
As we moved toward closing, a number of workmanship issues came to light.

We worked through each one, addressed the necessary items, and ultimately reached a resolution that satisfied both parties.

This sale was a good reminder that getting under contract is only the beginning. Pricing creates the opportunity, but steady communication and problem-solving are what carry a transaction to the closing table.

I’m grateful to my clients for trusting me throughout the process.

Another Savannah home sold. 🔑

At Low Country Grit, we believe every piece should tell a story that supports our people, place, and culture.

We bring artists and causes together to create custom collections that people can feel proud to wear, gift, and represent. Every design begins with an original story—whether it’s inspired by conservation, community, culture, or the incredible people and places that make the Low Country special.

What makes us different? A portion of every purchase goes back to support both the artist and the cause behind the collection. When you shop with Low Country Grit, you’re doing more than buying a product - you’re helping amplify a mission, support creative talent, and share a story with others.

We see ourselves as storytellers for the Low Country, creating products with purpose that connect people to the places, causes, and communities they care about most.

So when someone asks about the shirt you’re wearing, the hat on your head, or the artwork you purchased, you get to share the story behind it - and the impact it helps create.

Wear the story. Support the mission. Share the grit. 🐟✨🎨

These women are storytellers, changemakers, and connectors. Through their voices, creativity, and deep care for community, they help turn purpose into action—uplifting local causes, supporting artists, and inspiring others to give back in meaningful ways.

Best St Patrick’s day parade viewing with my kiddos! Incredibly thankful to be part of Berkshire Hathaway who provided the most civilized and fun experience I have ever had in Savannah during this crazy time!!! Kiddos were happy and all were comfortable, such an amazing office of kind and caring individuals!

Buck Reunion Ep. 1 in the bag! I can’t thank everyone who attended or helped me put this together enough. After expenses, we raised a little over $1,300 which helped pay for Buck’s echocardiogram this week and his visit to the specialist in a couple of weeks.

Big thanks to @afariestale and @marleoneva for hosting the event, @andrewsovine for doing the production and sound, @savannahmusicfestival for the stage, @misscmagana for set up and running merch, @bohymn for bartending, @chazitoslatincuisine for keeping us fed, @gregsimpson522 for bringing the coolers and cornhole, @care.rose for her incredible illustration and design, the bands and musicians for donating their time (@fauvelyyy, @beroberoband, @bmah, @hockyrutchins, @savannaharchitect, @revbrodiddley @divad_divad_divad), everyone who donated beverages, and the ponies for attending.

The turnout and reception was amazing, and to everyone who said “we should do this again next year”, I can’t predict the future, but I’d love to honor Buckley every year of my life whether he’s here or not and help someone else in need. We still have bandanas for sale and you can Venmo me $25 @mandymadson if you want one ($30 to ship). I hope I can repay you all one day epically for this kindness. I know I could’ve done a gofundme, but I wanted to give my community something in return. Thanks for loving my Buck-ee boy aka Shotgun Willie and thanks for making Savannah a beautiful place to live.

127 Morgan St in Historic Pooler isn’t just a house; it’s a piece of local history (once owned by Pooler’s first mayor 👀).

3 beds, 2 baths, covered parking and room to breathe at a phenomenal price of $292,000

Historic charm. Half-acre lot. 1,500 sq ft of character.

If you’ve been waiting for something with land and legacy this close to everything… this might be it.

Message me for a private tour.
