The assignment: Simplify and lighten the space.

The original drapes were beautiful, but our client was ready for something a little lighter and simpler.

Sometimes good design isn’t about making something better. It’s about making it better suited to the people living there.

A stair transformation worth seeing. 👑

We get asked often if we can help with stair runners, and the answer is yes! From custom sizing to selecting the perfect rug design and colors for your space, we can help bring your stair runner vision to life.

This glow-up took place in the beautiful home of one of @shelly1959 ‘s clients, and we loved getting to add the finishing touch. 🤍

Just an evening at home, soaking in the charm of downtown Edmond. While we were capturing this couple’s beautiful home, their neighbor stopped by — the most authentic example of the community that makes The Lark so special.

It was the kind of night that captures what life here is all about — the loveliness of less.

Stay tuned this week for more of their story and a closer look at why they chose to call The Lark home!!

Lessons I Learned at Barn Bazaar 📋✅💅

1) GRATITUDE trumps EGO every time. Being a small business owner is HARD. But, finding the bright spots in the grind eventually comes back in spades. My BRIGHT SPOTS were: our fairy godmother of a hostess @jessthionnet + her hubby, being surrounded by the kindest female entrepreneurs, strawberry matcha from @mapleandhoneycoffeeco , + getting to see familiar SUNDAY SUPPER Barbies + making new friends/Oklahomies! 🧚👯‍♀️✨🍓🍵🤗

2) People are so here for the HISTORY. I’m going to keep pushing to bring you more ways to wear it + all of the stories!!! 📚⏳🏛️

3) Sometimes, you need a uniform when you’re tired. Book this one for that purpose! You will definitely see this vintage @guess dress again. Fringe is about to POP OFF as a trend + it’s just too fun to shimmy! Also hope you clocked the @frauleinboots bc they’re ALWAYS a YES! 💃🍾🪩🖤👢🙌

Thanks for a great time, @barn.bazaar ! See you next Fall! 💞💖💓

Fun story! This customer, Shelly, painted this amazing 80s jacket and it’s signed by her in 1986! @shelly1959 she does interior design now! She just happened to see it at @badgranny today! How amazing is that!?

Palm forest… such a phenomenon. Photos do not adequately capture the spirituality of this place…
