On the second evening to visit El Pueblo, we also got to light candles for St. Jude whose feast day was being celebrated at the nearby "Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church—known by locals as La Placita Church— and is the oldest church in the city" and is the only building in that plaza that still serves its original purpose.

We also got to eat really good pizza with the Castillo family and observed from ofrendas on display at the plaza.

Hello everyone 👋
•
I’m Yohan and I like to work A LOT😞 it took a while for me to realize that I’ve been functioning at about 80% or less energy for the past couple weeks. Sometimes I forget how much energy I actually put into coaching. To be honest, it took me a while to make a decision to take this whole week off! It was a tough decision for me because I didn’t want to let my clients down.😞
•
I live and breathe fitness all day everyday. It is my life. On top of that, I train myself daily then I continue to see clients rest of the day. The amount of energy it takes to give my clients 100% of the support, energy, & motivation they need, takes a lot of my mental capacity. Which leaves me with very little energy throughout the day for myself or Wifey when I come home.
•
We ALL need that time off. We ALL need to RESET. It’s ok to not follow your daily routine-SOMETIMES. It’s ok to lay in bed and just RELAX & take some “me time”. Sometimes doing nothing is EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED.
•
All I can say is.... GIVE YOURSELF MORE CREDIT. We’ve done a lot, WE HAVE DONE ENOUGH for ourselves and our family. If you feel like you need to RESET and take some time off, DO IT! Because I would rather service my clients at 110% capacity than 80% or below.
•
I want to THANK all of our clients for letting me take this time off and for being understanding. Also, huge thank you to our coaches @nikignjatovic and @brittsederholm for helping out so that I could make this week happen. And of course, wifey for running everything unseen & taking care of me while I’m at my low with no energy.

Feeling blessed💯
•
I’m blessed to have the @unfinishedlifestyle team, clients, friends and family behind me. For the people that have been supporting me since the beginning of my fitness journey, I want to say THANK YOU 🙏 for believing in me. Thank you for taking your time out of your day to speak to me.
•
I definitely never thought of starting our own business, never thought that it was possible and I definitely didn’t think that this was happening this soon.
•
I can definitely say that this wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for our clients! THANK YOU 🙏

Fall🍁🍂 is here! I LOVE this time of year!!! Temperatures are dropping but colors get warmer. 💛🧡❤️This means it might be time to switch your makeup colors. @makeupby_shellyc has TONS of eye shadow pallets, lip stains and more! Also, her prices are SO good!!! She’s the nicest ever and can help you find all the stuff you need. Be sure to get a matte lipstick! They’re my personal fav. #makeup #fall #fallmakeup #falllook
