I failed once again to take a single picture at a comics show, but I did manage to bring home some great work from @phillycomicsexpo I’m especially happy to have this beautiful ceramic piece from @lost.mirage and broke my “no new tees” rule for the killer new one from @partnersandson and @fictopicto Thanks to everyone who came out. It was amazing to see so many friends and artists again, and some of you for the first time. Shout out my table-mate @berthheiny for the good company. If luggage wasn’t a concern I could easily have brought home three times as many books. Bonus: returned mail that I came back to. They aren’t messing around with first class/media mail right now!

AHEM. Little bit of big news. Appleton Farms x Mandarava : a farm dinner The dream is real. It’s only fitting that our reverse farm dinner series ends with great affection for @appletonfarms The Appleton culinary team has hosted us at their visiting chef series several years in a row, and it’s always a joy to go. We could not be happier, however, to welcome you to meet them at ours — head farmer in tow 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 — and raise a glass to their rich contribution to the North Shore. You’ll want to act fast before we fill the rest of the seats with beloved Trustees ❤️ @thetrustees Monday, September 14th at 6pm $165/person Your ticket includes a seat at the table, a gift from the Appleton culinary team and Mandarava recipes to take home.
