I'm such a believer in doing the work, the continued work with my Kundalini and Breathework practice.

Another beautiful intimate day with @sheluxewithin

An glorious group of women, healing, discovering, sharing, laughing together.

If you have not been before, definitely worth checking out.

The space is safe and sacred.

22/2 ✨ The 222 portal… and me, very much stepping into something new.

If I’m honest, I didn’t fully know what to expect from breathwork and kundalini. I’m a mindset, action-plan, let’s-make-it-happen kinda girl… so surrendering? Breathing? Letting energy move? 👀

It felt new.
It felt stretchy.
It felt powerful.

And wow.

There is something so beautiful about being the beginner again. About putting yourself in rooms where you don’t have all the answers, but you’re open.

The breathwork softened me.
The kundalini stirred something deeper.
The nourishing lunch felt like a big exhale.
And the women in the room? Unreal. Brave. Open. Glowing.

On 22/2, the 222 portal, all about alignment and trust… it felt fitting. Choosing to trust the process. Choosing to expand. Choosing to invest in myself in a different way.

Growth doesn’t always look like pushing harder.
Sometimes it looks like breathing deeper.

And I’m here for both. ✨

Today was about me.

Kundalini, deep breaths, stillness, and self-love.

Not rushing. Not fixing. Just being.

Healing happens when you choose yourself fully.

Amazing session today ❤️

A wholesome few days, Escaped to the Cotswolds for one night to breathe.
No socials. No schedule. Just me, him, nature, and a fire

And honestly I needed it,Because even when you’re building empires, hitting goals, and chasing that next level…
you can forget to feel and just decompress

Here’s what I’ve learnt the deeper I go into success:

You can’t truly feel wealthy when you’re disconnected from yourself

It’s never just the money
It’s never the designer bags or the dream car, when you don’t have them you think your be happy when …. However I’ve learnt those things only bring temporary happiness

It’s who you are when the noise fades and you still feel full within

The real flex?

Peace. Alignment. That soft confidence that says,
“I’m good, no matter what.”

Sometimes the most powerful move you can make as a woman in business
is to slow down, touch grass, connect back to your body,
and remember your energy is your biggest currency and true happiness comes from within and this is one of the reasons I started my business called “ she luxe within “ because it really does start from within….

Everything we create in our life is a reflection of our inner world 🥹💭

✨ I’ve just restarted my healing journey… this time, I want to go deeper and further than ever before. I’m ready to dig into the parts of me I’ve avoided, to release, to grow, and to step into a new chapter of my life .. one that I truly want to be the best one yet.

Healing isn’t always easy, but I believe if you want to make real progress, you have to surrender… surrender control, surrender the old stories, surrender the need to hold everything together. This retreat is my space to let go, to soften, and to trust the process. I’m opening my heart, my mind, and my spirit to whatever comes next .. because I know this chapter is going to be powerful. ✨

Thank you to all the incredible women I met this Sunday … women empowerment is real. And thank you to @danielle.kedward for organising such a beautiful day, you are literally an angel 💖

Yesterday was nothing short of magic 🕊️✨

I held space for the most beautiful group of women to journey inward, to release, to rise… and the energy in the room was beyond word

From intention setting to yoga, from deep breathwork to kundalini activation, every moment felt like shredding of the old, purging what was no longer needed and A becoming of the workmen of there dreams 💭🤍

The feedback has left me in tears —women sharing that they felt lighter, freer, more connected to themselves than they have in years.

To witness their breakthroughs, their courage, the ah ha moments and their softness… but also the vulnerability we shared within our circle, the real life ship no body talks about, it’s the greatest reward of all.

This is why I do this work and why I’m so passionate about it,

To create spaces where women feel safe to let go of what no longer serves them, to reconnect with the power within, and to step into the highest version of themselves

Yesterday wasn’t just a retreat, It was a rebirth and a start of a whole new journey for so many.

To every woman who joined me thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for showing up fully, and for allowing yourself to be held in the magic we created together

Here’s to becoming her, Here’s to rising, Here’s to all that awaits on your highest timeline. ✨

The hardest part of leadership? Facing the parts of yourself you’ve spent years trying to avoid.

Yesterday I spent the day at the @sheluxewithin breathwork and kundalini healing retreat and wow… it cracked me wide open. Thank you @danielle.kedward for hosting 🫶🏼

As a leader, I believe you can’t pour into others if you’re not forever learning, evolving, and peeling back your own layers.

Because before you can lead a team, a movement, or a business… you have to lead yourself.

I’ve carried a lot of weight through my life. Childhood trauma. Mental health battles. Deep wounds that shaped me, but never defined me. For years, I promised myself that the cycle would end with me and it’s been my mission to heal, to grow, and to inspire others to believe they can do the same.

Yesterday reminded me:

✨ Healing is not linear.
✨ Leadership is an inside job.
✨ And every time we choose to face what we’ve buried, we rise a little freer.

Alongside this, I’ve been diving into a book called High Road Leadership by @johncmaxwell and it’s one I’d recommend to anyone who wants to lead with integrity, empathy, and real impact. 📚

They say a Sunday well spent brings a week of content. But honestly? Yesterday was so much more than that. It was a reminder that every single time we choose to heal, we’re rewriting the story for ourselves, our families, and everyone we lead.

Here’s to breaking cycles. To evolving. To becoming. 🌿

In Chinese medicine their theory is to see the Dr to stay WELL. Not when something goes wrong.

Raising 3 babies alone (with 2 dads and not every other weekend ‘off’ like a lot of single parents) I of all people know how hard / impossible it can feel.

🫶🏻 But I realized that the load, was never going to stop. In fact when everything stops - that means I’m dead 🤷‍♀️ . So if I didn’t pause the clock 1x per week. 5 mins per day. I never would, and..

The most BEAUTIFUL things are available for us in stillness (it turned out)..

🚫I’m not some patronizing bachelor who says “we all have the same 24hrs” because, we don’t.

But I’m your advocate for putting your oxygen mask on first.

It took me taking WILD levels of radical responsibility. As you’ll know if you’re a fan of my podcast I stopped using the word “busy” or “overwhelmed” (game changer). Stopped taking my phone to the loo (wtf is that about) put candles on and switched everything TV etc off for 5 minutes with a timer after the kids were down. I realized, I DID have pockets of time - if I decided I did.

If I decided to have a STORY that I was “sooooo busy” then that’s what I would BE.

What we ARE… we attract more of.

🤌🏻 So it’s not about gaslighting yourself, it’s just approaching anything you want more of with a can do attitude of where you CAN find space. How you CAN increase your calm. And often the real truth deep down 👀 for why we’re not.👇🏻

I know for me chaos was all I knew. Connecting with myself scared the shit out of me. And you & I are wise enough to know neither of those ingredients are contained in the woman you are born to be, or the little girls we are raising.

Those solo loo breaks (lol) turned into phone free walks. Turned into clarity in my career. Turned more bravery. Turned into more abundance. Turned into more financial opportunity. Turned into more support. Turned into living a reality most dream of. From a regulated mind.

Never overlook the importance of that first little domino. It’s the best one you ever take 😍

Change your story and be the creator of your reality.
