68 days left for the year, a LOT can change in that time 😏

And nooo, I’m not talking about going on a crazy diet, cutting out your favourite foods or spending every spare minute in the gym.. BUT imagine what could change if you spent the next 68 days learning how to fuel your body, getting stronger, building routines that actually fit your lifestyle and FINALLY understanding what works for YOU?

Because the women who make progress aren’t necessarily the ones doing the most. They’re the ones learning how to do the basics consistently.
And you might be surprised just how much can change when you stop waiting for the “perfect” time to start 🤭🤭

Not sure where to begin? DM me “FAT LOSS” and I’ll send you our FREE fat loss guide for busy women 🤍 #fatloss #diet #weightloss #transformation

just can’t relate, feed me or face the consequences

😂

If you’re constantly thinking about your next meal, here are a few things worth checking:

🥚 Are you including a good source of protein with each meal?

🥦 Are you eating enough fibre from fruits, vegetables and wholegrains?

🥑 Are you including some dietary fats to help create satisfying meals?

🍽️ Are you actually eating enough across the day?

And sometimes? You’re just hungry because it’s time to eat. That’s normal too! You don’t need to ignore your body’s hunger signals to achieve your fat loss goals 🤍 DM “COACHING” and join our community of educated and empowered women who are achieving their goals with confidence, knowledge and a whole lot less restriction! 👌🏽

Have you ever wondered what you’d actually be capable of if you stopped telling yourself you couldn’t? Because one of the most impactful part of bodybuilding is that the physical changes are only a teeny part of it.

It’s the confidence that comes from doing things you once thought you couldn’t. Keeping promises to yourself. Realising you’re capable of SO sooo much more than you give yourself credit for.

And I wish more women could experience that feeling, without thinking they need to dedicate their whole lives to fitness - and no, you don’t need to step on stage, spend hours in the gym or have the perfect routine to start building that BELIEF in yourself.

Sometimes, 3 sessions a week is all you need to get started.

So if you’ve been telling yourself you’re too busy, maybe it’s time to see what’s actually possible. 🤍 DM “BUSY” and I’ll give you FREE access to our Busy Girl Gym Blueprint for 7 days! 🫶🏽

this weekend at @icnaustralia I couldn’t help but say to @itskrystalskye, imagine if I told you 12 months ago that we’d be here today?! And she said, “she never would have believed you”

Not only did Krystal absolutely CRUSH the @icnqld stage, but she took on the judges’ feedback, dug deep and made improvements in just TWO weeks to bring an even better package to the Nationals stage

and I genuinely couldn’t be prouder of the way she represented @newparadigm.coaching 💫

Because from the very beginning, the goal was never JUST to get on stage..

It was to make the process enjoyable, to stay present and grateful throughout prep, and to build a physique she was proud of without losing herself in the process.

And Krystal did exactly that! The incredible results were simply the cherry on top! 🍒

🥈 Bikini Novice
🥇 Bikini 30+
🏆 4th Place Bikini Opens

To step onto a NATIONAL stage against some insanely stacked lineups and hold your own the way you did is something you should be SO proud of.

Your stage presence, your physique and the way you carried yourself throughout this entire journey were a testament to the work you’ve put in.

12 months ago, you wouldn’t have believed this was possible. And now you’re standing on a National stage, walking away with a GOLD medal, a silver medal and a top 4 placing amongst some of the best in the country!!

WHAT A MOMENT, KRYSTAL!!! 🥹🏆 Soak every bit of this in, because you’ve earned it all, an incredible achievement and an even better journey to get here. SO bloody proud of you!! 🚀🤍

Things I’d NEVER tell a woman trying to lose 10kg 🙅🏽‍♀️

❌ “Just eat less”

A calorie deficit is required for fat loss, buttt a bigger deficit doesn’t mean better results.
Aggressive restriction can increase hunger, reduce training performance and make it harder to retain muscle.
✅ NPC WAY: Create the smallest practical deficit that allows for consistent progress and flexibility while fuelling your body adequately.

❌ “Cut out carbs”

Carbs aren’t preventing fat loss. They also fuel higher intensity training, which matters when you’re trying to preserve muscle.
You don’t need to fear bread, rice or pasta.
✅NPC WAY: You need to understand your overall energy intake through education and empowerment.

❌ “Just do more cardio”

Cardio has its place, but resistance training should be a priority if you want to improve your body composition.
Progressive resistance training and adequate protein help preserve lean muscle during a calorie deficit.
✅NPC WAY: Losing 10kg while maintaining muscle can produce a very different physique from simply losing 10kg on the scales.

❌ “You’ve ruined your progress. Start again Monday”

One higher calorie meal doesn’t undo weeks of consistency.
Fat loss is driven by your energy balance over time, not perfection at every meal.
✅ NPC WAY: We help you break the all-or-nothing mindset and build the flexibility to navigate real life without guilt or restriction.

❌ “Once you’ve lost the weight, you’re done.”

Losing weight and maintaining it require different skills.
If your approach relies on restriction, excessive exercise and constantly fighting your lifestyle, what happens when you reach your goal?
✅ NPC WAY: The real win isn’t just losing 10kg. It’s building the knowledge, habits and confidence to maintain your results without dieting forever.

That’s why women need more than another meal plan or workout program. They need education, structure and an approach that fits their real lives.

The first time she became a mum, she believed putting herself last was simply part of being a GOOD mum. The second time? She decided things were going to be different 🥹

Meet @liajwall, a mum of two who came to New Paradigm Coaching determined to have a completely different postpartum experience.

And here’s what makes these photos so powerful..

Both were taken at EXACTLY 11 months postpartum, after each of her babies.

Same stage of motherhood. But a VERY different experience, both inside and out.

After finding her first transition into motherhood challenging, Lia wanted to feel strong, confident and in control of her choices, without the guilt of prioritising herself.

And WOW, has she done exactly that!

From 63kg to 56.5kg, her physical transformation speaks for itself. But what makes me MOST proud is everything she’s gained beyond the scales.

She’s learned that consistency doesn’t mean perfection. That one difficult day doesn’t undo her progress. And that prioritising herself doesn’t mean she’s taking anything away from her family.

It means she’s showing up for herself, TOO 🤍

And just WAIT until you swipe through to see her absolutely SHINING at our photoshoot! ✨

A moment that represented so much more than how she looked. It was a celebration of the confidence she’d built, the promises she’d kept to herself and the woman she’d worked so hard to become.

And THIS is why I love what we do.
Because it’s never JUST about losing body fat. It’s about building the confidence, knowledge and habits that allow you to feel in control of your choices long after coaching ends.

Lia, I am SO incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved and the example you’re setting for yourself and your beautiful family 💫

And to the woman who’s waiting for life to slow down, for the kids to get older or for the “right time” to finally prioritise herself.. What if you didn’t have to wait?
DM “COACHING” and let’s chat about what’s possible for YOU 🤍

Imagine if this time, things actually felt DIFFERENT 🥹

Not because you suddenly found more hours in your day, developed superhuman discipline or turned your entire life upside down.

Butttt because you finally understood how to fuel your body, train with intention and make your nutrition work WITH your lifestyle.

Because here’s what I wish more women understood…
You can have the same goal, put in just as much effort and achieve completely different results!

And often, the difference isn’t how badly you want it, it’s what you’re actually doing with that effort 👏🏽

Understanding energy balance, eating enough protein, training progressively and creating a calorie deficit you can actually sustain.

Now imagine walking into the gym knowing exactly what you’re doing. Eating foods you LOVE without guilt 😌 and very importantly, enjoying weekends away without feeling like you’ve undone your progress.

And finally seeing your body change because your effort has the DIRECTION it deserves.

THIS THAT is what I want more women to experience, because fat loss doesn’t have to mean trying harder. Sometimes it’s about finally knowing HOW.

THIS is why I love what I do 🥹🤍

Because behind every physical transformation is a person with their own story, challenges, goals and reasons for wanting change.

And while watching someone achieve their physical goals is incredibly rewarding, it’s the personal growth that happens alongside those results that will always mean the most to me.

Building confidence, developing self trust, creating sustainable habits that support the life you actually want to live and proving to yourself that you’re capable of far more than you once believed.

@_aannabellekite, being part of your journey has been such a privilege, and hearing you reflect on your experience is a beautiful reminder of why we created New Paradigm Coaching in the first place.

Because our goal has never been JUST a physical transformation. It’s about empowering women with the knowledge, structure and support to achieve meaningful, sustainable results, while building the confidence and skills they can carry into every area of their lives.

And THAT is the kind of transformation that means everything to me!

Ready to create change that goes FAR beyond the physical? DM “COACHING” and let’s get started 🤍

WHAT A WEEKEND FOR OUR GIRL @itskrystalskye !!! 🤩
🥇 1st Place Bikini 30+
🥈 2nd Place Bikini Novice
🥈 2nd Place Bikini Open

@icnqld three divisions, three podium finishes and one VERY proud coach!

I’ve had the privilege of watching Krystal grow throughout this journey, having started working together over 12 months ago, and I can tell you that what she brought to the stage on Sunday was the result of SO much more than simply following a training program and hitting her nutrition targets.

It was months of showing up, making decisions that aligned with her goals, learning to trust the process and continuing to execute even when things got uncomfortable.

And if there’s one thing I can say about Krystal, it’s that when this woman sets her mind to something, she is DETERMINED.

Week after week, her check ins reflected exactly that. Nutrition executed with precision, training completed, steps and cardio ticked off and an unwavering commitment to the bigger picture even as fatigue accumulated and the demands of prep increased, she always continued to show up.

But what makes me MOST proud is the growth beyond her physique. The confidence she’s built within herself, knowledge she’s gained, and resilience she’s developed. And learning to back herself, trust the work she’s put in and focus on her own journey 👏🏽 exactly why I love this sport.

Because being a great athlete isn’t just about how hard you can push, it’s about being coachable, remaining consistent, managing what’s within your control and trusting the process when it matters most.

And Krystal, you’ve demonstrated all of that and more!! Watching you bring a physique we were both incredibly proud of to that stage and walk away with three podium finishes was SUCH a special moment.

And the best part? WE AREN’T DONE YET.
So unbelievably proud of you, Krystal. Thank you for trusting me with this journey and allowing me to be in your corner, you deserve to celebrate every bit of what you’ve achieved, and I cannot wait to see what we do next.

LET’S GOOOOO!!! ❤️
