She Ready Foundation is stepping up for foster youth.

Through their work, they are creating opportunities, building support, and making sure young people in foster care know they are seen, heard, and valued.

This is what it means to step up and do something. Turning awareness into action and showing up for the children who need us most.

See Us Now is proud to stand with @shereadyfoundation and celebrate the work they are doing for foster youth.

Step up. Do something.

The RELEASE EXPERIENCE began as a vision—a space where we could set down what we had been carrying, tell the truth about what it cost us, and give ourselves permission to release, heal, grow, and lead.

But what happened in that room was bigger than anything I could have imagined.

What began as a gathering has become a movement—and now, it lives on the pages of a book.

The Unseen Sacrifices is for every woman who has carried the weight, held everyone else together, and quietly postponed herself in the process.

This is your invitation to acknowledge what you’ve carried, interrogate what it has cost you, and begin releasing what no longer belongs in the life you are becoming.

Today, I am officially announcing Unseen Sacrifices, arriving November 2026. (Ahhhhhh!!!)

This is more than a book. It is permission to choose yourself. Without guilt or shame. Secure your copy today. Link to purchase in bio!

Some stories are painful. Some are complicated. But as Tiffany Haddish reminded me, no one should ever be ashamed of their story.

From foster and group homes to homelessness and incarceration, Tiffany turned her experiences into purpose—and through the She Ready Foundation, she is making sure young people in foster care know they are worthy of dignity, love and opportunity.

It started with something as simple—and powerful—as a suitcase, so a child would never again have to carry their belongings from home to home in a garbage bag and feel like they were garbage. That is what restoring dignity looks like.

At COMPASS Youth Collaborative, our work is rooted in that same belief: the circumstances a young person survives should never determine the future they are capable of building.

Two women of color. Different journeys. A shared commitment to using our voices and our platforms for young people too often unheard, unseen and underestimated.

Tiffany, I believe our work is beautifully aligned. Imagine what we could build together. We Ready ❤️

When the late great Michael Jackson is still a major influence to the children in 2026.

TJ said he came to rep for MJ, and oh yeah and to watch the @shereadyfoundation foundation premiere Time’s Up. 😆
