Happy October and Menopause Awareness Month! 💃🍂 And what a kick-off it is! This is actually still pretty surreal. 💫 The October issue of PWP Magazine is officially here 🎉, and seeing my face on the cover once again is something I’m still trying to wrap my head around. 😂 It's even more special that, this time, I have so many MenoPals surrounding me...as they have been doing in real life, as well as on this year's cover! 📸 But this isn't just about being featured in a magazine. It's about the story behind it. The story of a woman who went through her own complicated menopause journey, spent years wondering what the heck was happening to her, and eventually realized that so many other women were trying to figure it out too. That realization became MenoPals. A place to learn. A place to connect. A place to laugh, share stories, ask the questions we don't always feel comfortable asking, and realize we're not alone. @mandibray of @artsylens.photography captured that so beautifully in this issue. I'm incredibly grateful to her, not only for taking the incredible photographs, but for helping me tell this story along the way. And then there's the amazing community of women who have shown up, shared their stories, said “OMG…me too!” and helped MenoPals become so much more than the idea I started with. I am forever grateful for each and every one of you. 🙏🫶 Sometimes the thing you went through becomes the thing that helps someone else feel less alone. You really never know where your own story might lead. So today, I'm celebrating this moment. 🥂💛 Thank you, Mandi. Thank you, @PWPMagazine. And thank you to every woman who has been part of the MenoPals journey. October is going to be a pretty special month. ✨ I can't wait to share it all with you! 📕 PWP Magazine, October 2026 To order your own copy and read the stories of these fabulous women, and the Seasons of Her, the link is in my bio. 🔗 . . #MenoPals #PWPMagazine #menopauseawareness #menopausecommunity #womensupportingwomen

Friday Night Selfies with my @pwpmagazine MenoPals! 📸 There is something pretty special about a group of women getting together and simply enjoying each other's company. 💝 Last week was such a beautiful reminder of why I love creating spaces like this. Women who didn't all know each other. Women from different chapters of life. Women laughing, connecting, cheering each other on, and making memories together. And yes...there were A LOT of selfies. 😂📸 This is what I want MenoPals to be about. Not just talking about menopause. Not just learning about symptoms. But creating opportunities to **connect, have fun, build friendships, and feel like you're part of something.** Because sometimes what we need isn't another piece of information. Sometimes we need a room full of women who get it. A place where we can laugh. Be ourselves. Try something new. Share our stories. And maybe leave with a new friendship or two. This is the heart of MenoPals. 💛 And I have a feeling we're only getting started. ✨ . . #WomenSupportingWomen #MidlifeWomen #MenopauseCommunity #ConnectionMatters #WomenInMidlife

Last night was everything I hoped it would be. ✨️ A small group, real conversations, and genuine connection. All at an incredible venue, I must add! These spaces matter so much more than we realize. 💛 And this is just the beginning... . . #womensupportingwomen #menopausesupport #emotionalhealthmatters #community #selfcare
