🌟 Are you an athlete looking to enhance your performance, or are you simply seeking to move more fluidly?
Do you wonder what your muscular imbalances are or how to address them?

Well, guess no more! Join the Flexibility and Mobility Intensive 2.0 starting this week at Tritton Performance and get a better understanding of your body and its needs!

Each week, we will address different areas of the body and adapt exercises to all needs and all levels. Everyone is welcome!

My goal with the Intensives is to give you as much knowledge of your physical self and plenty of exercises and information applicable to your own training. It's a mobility and flexibility Boot Camp, so to speak.

If my sales pitch hasn't sold you yet, or you are interested, but have questions, feel free to message me! It will be my pleasure to answer. ☺️
The prices will be posted this week (same as Intensive 1.0).

Make sure to secure your spot in advance as they are only 8. You can do so with @nick_trittonperformance or me.

Also, if you have time, I would highly recommend talking to the students of the Intensive 1.0 or the ones from Wrestler's Stretching class if you are hesitating. They might be the little push you need to sign up 😉

See you this Sunday from 10h-11h at Tritton Performance! ✨️

✨️NEW Flexibility and Mobility DROP-IN Class starting this week!! ✨️

I'm so so so happy to share that starting this Sunday at 12h, there will be a Flexibility drop-in class every week at Tritton Performance!

For those of you who miss the Wrestler's Stretching Class, this will be a wonderful alternative. It will incorporate some key principles of that class as well as some from the Intensive.

Since Tritton is a Martial Arts gym some classes will be strictly dedicated to bettering your kicks, your grappling, your balance, your striking, and any new idea I get to get you more mobile and efficient in your sport ☺️
I'll be posting weekly what the classes will be about, so stay tuned!

Make sure to let @nick_trittonperformance or I know if you are interested or have any questions!

See you this Sunday from 12h-13h at Tritton Performance!
