Gym time= Therapy, worship, me time… all at once! Showing up for myself can be hard sometimes (injuries and mental/emotional weight) but that’s where it’s about consistency, discipline, and commitment. You can’t want others to show up for you when you don’t show up for yourself. So….. let’s work🫶🏽 #SheRoseDivine #FindingMyselfAgain #WalkingWithGod #FaithAndFitness #DvinityVibe

Jesus is the reason for the season… And choosing discipline is the reason I showed up for this morning's session... and why my leggings fit again 😂💅🏽! But seriously... Only 6 weeks in, and for the first time in a long time I'm starting to feel like myself again. It's the best Christmas gift i have ever given me! I hope you and yours all have a blessed and loving Christmas #FaithAndFitness #SheRoseDivine #HolyHabits #FitButFestive #BecomingHer

New new new ways of shedding this weight… mental and physical! Learning to be patient with my body and and proud of my effort, while showing gratitude for the body God gave me. Honoring it, moving it, strengthening it, blessed to be able. Fit at 40-few yrs old as a female is a different kinda challenge! #GritAndGrace #SheRoseDivine #FitOver40 #BecomingHer

**Long post** total transparency Second week back in the gym… and honestly, this has been the HARDEST return I’ve ever had! I stepped away for over a year, for personal healing, for personal reflection, for spiritual walk and renewal. I had to silence all the noise! And in that quiet season, God did surgery on my heart, my mind, my spirit. He stripped away what wasn’t me anymore and restored what I didn’t even know I lost. And now? I’m made NEW. New focus. New peace. New strength. New identity in Him. These first two weeks of personal training with @thegiftd1 have humbled me, stretched me, and reminded me that transformation isn’t supposed to be easy, it’s supposed to be intentional. My body is realizing it’s been a minute, and my mind is having to relearn discipline all over again. Every rep feels like a battle , not just against weight, but against every version of me that had to break so I could be rebuilt. But here’s the truth: This is not just a fitness comeback. This is a new chapter God wrote and I’m obediently walking! I’m not returning as who I used to be, because she is gone! I’m returning as who God called me to be. This is the journey. This is all part of the rebuild. This is the NEW me. This is Divinity’s Vibe! Jeramiah 29:11 #DvinityVibe #xtremecompound

End-of-workout ab burn is NO joke!!! 300 reps don’t have to be boring, especially when you train with @thegiftd1. I showed up mentally locked in and ready to get out of my own way… because let’s be honest, that’s the only competition I really have. But this season… it’s deeper than the workout. Back to the beginning? Nah. Back to the blueprint God always had for me. This is the official return to self. Starting over, but this time with wisdom, discipline, and peace I didn’t have back then. I’m in my own zone, my own lane, minding the business God BLESSES. Back to the beginning , but this time I’m building it BETTER and bolder. Heart right. Mind right. Spirit aligned. Where will this road lead? Wherever God leads… and I’m ready for it.
