Nothing beats the energy of bringing this incredible community together. 💡✨

Surrounded by standard-setters, forward-thinkers, and dedicated leaders at our Tom Ferry team retreat! It was beyond inspiring to connect with all of my clients in person, swap strategies, and discover new tools to level up our businesses.

MORTGAGE TIP 🏡

Think a 30-year mortgage means you have to spend 30 years paying it off? Not necessarily.

Making extra payments toward your principal can significantly reduce the life of your loan—and potentially save you thousands in interest.

But the exact savings depend on your loan balance, interest rate, and when you make the extra payments, so there isn’t a universal rule that one extra payment automatically takes 7 years off your mortgage.

The key: If you make an extra payment, make sure your mortgage servicer applies it toward principal, not toward a future monthly payment.

Even a little extra toward principal can add up over time.

Save this tip—and send it to a homeowner who wants to pay off their mortgage sooner.
