Part Three: The vision, the budget, and the labor behind the magic

A beautiful event starts with an honest conversation. Align your client’s vision with their budget—and the time, talent, and labor it takes to bring it to life. Clear expectations help everyone make thoughtful choices and create an experience that feels special without losing sight of what’s realistic.

A gem from our “Behind the Experience” panel at the 5th Annual Teach to Fish Business Summit.

Part Two: A hospitality gem from “Behind the Experience”

“What should guests never have to notice?” The friction behind the event—long waits, confusing directions, poor sound, technical hiccups, uncomfortable temperatures, or a team that isn’t in sync.

Great hospitality means anticipating the details so guests feel confident, comfortable, and connected—not the complexity it takes to make it all happen.

Shared during the “Behind the Experience” panel at the 5th Annual Teach to Fish Business Summit. Thank you, Sabine, for the invitation and for creating space for meaningful collaboration!
