You’ve seen the classes, the events, and the fems… now meet the girls behind Femme Fit 💕

We started Femme Fit because we wanted to create the space we wished we had - a place to move, connect, and feel at home in our femininity.

So, hi. We’re Syd + Charis, fitness girls, former athletes, and the founders of Femme Fit ATL. 🫶🏽

Welcome to Femme Fit. Just for the fems. 💗#lgbt #wlw #atlanta #lesbian #womensfitness

That’s WTF GOIN 🤣 So grateful to be a part of something that continues to pour into women in such a powerful way. Thank you for always creating space for us to show up, sweat, connect & be reminded just how strong we are.

Some people are meant for Every Era. 🥹
Thank you to my Day1s .. the ones who have loved me, grown w/ me & been there through every version of me. I wouldn’t have made it here w/o y’all.

The last Decade was Epic. Cheers to a New Era of being blessed beyond measure together. 🥂💛
