Part of Defining Donielle is learning to trust THE process. Never once have the plans I had be how things ended up. And honestly I’m sick and tired of it. So I’m changing that by leaning on the one who never fails me, never forsakes me, and ALWAYS protects me. Lord this is all for YOU. Lead me, mold me, and guide me Father, but please use your outside voice, sometimes I can’t hear shit! #ᴊᴇsᴜssᴀᴠᴇs #dfineyou #definingdonielle #mindset #healing

Day 32 of Becoming HER. 🦋

My favorite kind of busy day is the kind where I can look back and say…

I actually moved my life forward today.

Today I:

✨ Had a work meeting
✨ Batch-created content for Instagram
✨ Worked on my Butterfly Circle product
✨ Had my accountability group chat call
✨ Scheduled a NEW guest for my butterfly circle podcast 🦋🎙️

There was a time when all of these things would’ve just been ideas in my head.

Now I’m actually putting them into action.

And that’s what Becoming HER is really about for me.

Not becoming someone completely different.

Becoming the version of me who actually follows through.

One meeting.
One post.
One product.
One conversation.
One opportunity at a time.

Day 32. 🦋

We’re building MY DREAM LIFE. ✨🙏🏻❤️ #becomingher #buildinginpublic #entrepreneurjourney #personalbrand #highticketsales

Becoming HER — Day 21 🦋

Today was all about adding to the foundation for the life I’m building. ✨🙏🏻🥰

And I have to say… watching everything slowly start to come together is such an incredible feeling.

Today I:

📓 ORDERED THE SAMPLE of my Chronic Illness Companion Notebook! 🥹🦋
💻 Took notes and set up my accounts from my onboarding call for my new job
📲 Downloaded HighLevel, explored the platform, and started familiarizing myself with the tools I’ll be using
📖 Read through a document for my new role and took notes
🫂 Had my accountability group call with my sorority sisters — and as always, it was INCREDIBLE
✨ Joined the Mind, Body, Spirit & Money Summit

There’s something so exciting about being in the learning phase of everything.

I’m learning new platforms.
I’m learning new skills.
I’m building new products.
I’m stepping into a new career.
I’m creating new relationships.
I’m figuring things out as I go.

And sometimes I look at everything happening and think…

“Wow. This is actually becoming real.” 🥹

The notebook that started as an idea is now becoming a physical product.

The job I was nervous about is now becoming my reality.

The communities I’ve been looking for are becoming part of my life.

And I’m learning how to become comfortable being a beginner.

I don’t need to know everything today.

I just need to keep learning, keep showing up, and keep taking the next step.

Day 21 of becoming HER. 🦋

Building the foundation now for the life I know is coming. 🙏🏻🎉🙌 #becomingher #day21 #setter #newjob #kdp

Becoming HER — Day 16 🦋

Today was a little bit of everything. 😅😭😂

🧹 Deep cleaned and reset my space
🤝 Made a list of in-person conferences to network and connect with new people
💻 Enrolled in 2 virtual conferences
🎙️ FINALLY posted my first podcast episode on Spotify for Creators!

Anddd… I’m still trying to figure out YouTube and Apple Podcasts. 😂😅

But you know what?

I WILL FIGURE IT OUT.🙏🏻💪🏼

I was talking to a friend today who reminded me of something I really needed to hear:

Post the episode.

Even if it isn’t perfectly edited.
Even if I’m still learning.
Even if I know there are things I could make better.

Because if I keep waiting until I know exactly what I’m doing, I’ll never get started. Messy makes MILLIONS!!!

So I posted it.🥺🥳🥰

And this week, I’m making it a priority to actually learn editing and get better with every episode.👩🏻‍💻

This is what becoming her looks like for me right now:

Doing things before I feel ready.
Learning as I go.
Accepting help.
Taking feedback.
And choosing progress over perfection.

I’m not an expert yet.

I’m a beginner who refuses to quit. 🦋

Day 16 of becoming HER. ✨🙏🏻

And yes… I WILL get that episode onto YouTube and Apple Podcasts. 😂🎙️#becomingher #day16 #growthmindset #messymakesmillions #podcast

Becoming Her — Day 6 ✨🦋

Today wasn’t about doing a million things. It was about taking another few steps toward the life I’m building.💪🏼📲

📲 Finished setting up my Payhip account for my digital products 👩🏻‍💻
🫂 Joined my accountability group call 📱
📞 Joined the Monday calls with Shelby 🥰
🐛 Continued putting myself in rooms and communities that challenge me to grow 🦋

I’m learning that becoming her isn’t always some huge, life-changing moment.

Sometimes it’s creating the account.
Sometimes it’s showing up to the call.
Sometimes it’s surrounding yourself with people who believe in growth just as much as you do.

And sometimes… it’s simply ending the night grateful for the people you crossed paths with along the way. 🙏🏻🥰

I’m proud of myself for continuing to show up, even when I don’t have everything figured out yet.🙏🏻🥰

Goodnight ✨❤️

Sometimes the most life-changing moments are the ones you never plan for!!

I stopped by a podcast recording just to see what was going on. My friend @shesellswjen ended up asking if we could join. @shaun.psm.mcnicholas the incredible man recording these said yea you guys can go next, I was SO NERVOUS I told my friend to go first and I would think about it. I almost talked myself out of it! 😅🙄

Sean started setting up for my wheelchair and I tried to make it easier by saying I could transfer to the couch.

He stopped me and said, “No, you can stay in your chair. Own your chair. Own where you are and who you’ve become.”🙌🥰

That has honestly left a lasting impact.🙏🏻❤️

I stayed. I did the interview. Then @officialsofiasmiles told me something I would’ve never expected! She told me I was a natural and should start my own podcast!! 🤯🙏🏻🙌🥰

That one unexpected yes helped plant the seed for Butterfly Circle 🦋.

I just want to thank God for placing the right people in my path—Sean, Jennifer, Sofia, @shelby.sapp and her team. You all reminded me not to wait until I feel ready.

Say yes scared. Say yes unsure. Just say yes ✨❤️ #firstpodcast #justsayyes #doitscared #thankgod #womenandwealth

Today reminded me that progress isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about taking the next step.

I’m currently unemployed, but I’m not standing still.

I’m in Tier 2 of SheSells Academy, building a roadmap, taking FAST action, networking, getting on calls, learning from people who have already done what I’m working toward, and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them!

This afternoon I had a call with Jenna, and she was genuinely such a sweet Angel. She shared so much knowledge, she is so genuine & generous!! I’m so grateful she took the time to pour into me. 🙏🏻🥰🙌

Then I spent part of my day building my podcast… and let me tell you, finding the perfect name that is NOT TAKEN is WAY harder than people make it seem. 😂 Facebook also decided it wanted to test my patience today… but that’s all part of the journey.🙃😅

A huge thank you to @officialsofiasmiles from the Women & Wealth Conference for inspiring me to finally start this podcast. Sometimes one conversation is all it takes to make a DECISION.

My mom also printed out my dedication letter to myself after @annemahlum incredible speech at the @womenandwealthcon .I’ll be reading it every day as a reminder of the promises I’ve made to myself and the woman I’m becoming.✨👏

Tonight, I ended my day with an accountability group made up of the amazing women I met just two days ago at the conference. I forgot to mention it in my video, but I couldn’t leave it out here. These women are encouraging me, believing in me, holding me accountable, challenging me to grow, and generously sharing honest advice, tips, and wisdom. Having people in your corner who genuinely want to see you succeed is priceless.

I don’t focus on everything I haven’t accomplished yet.

I focus on the next step.

I focus on learning.

I focus on showing up.

I focus on taking action.

Because one thing about me… I have never given up, and I’m not about to start now.

This is Day 1 of documenting the journey from unemployed to building the life of my dreams.

No shortcuts.
No excuses.
Just faith, consistency, and FAST ACTION. #day1 #fastaction #growthmindset #takeaction #millionaremindset
