Arm Swing Progression! Here is a quick yet effective arm swing progression I did with my middle school athletes. Every athlete will have a slightly different arm swing but there are a few principles that you don’t want to overlook. 1. Full Draw: whether it’s a neutral or high draw(what ever is comfortable for you) make sure you get your hitting arm all the way back and guide arm all the way up. 2. The Exchange: when it’s time to begin your swing your hitting elbow wants to point up vertical to the ceiling while your guide elbow begins to drop. 3. Highest Contact: while having the ball slightly in front of you, contact the ball at your highest point. 4. Release: after making contact at your highest point you then want to snap your wrist to create top spin. Follow this progression and it should help with your arm swing! Share & save this for later! #volleyball #coach #training

Week 2 prompt: pick one word that describes you as an athlete and a person, then make a video that shows it or explains it. How to do it: 1️⃣ Put your word in the top third of the screen, or say it on camera. 2️⃣ Prove it with a clip, a carousel story, a voiceover, or a teammate saying it for you. 3️⃣ Post it this week, tag @tewdilly, and use #AthleteBrandChallenge. I’d skip “hardworking.” Every athlete thinks that’s them. What’s unique to you? My word is "delusional". I got cut from my college team, then bought a one-way ticket to London, got an agent, and landed my first pro contract two months later. New here? This is Week 2 of 12 in Phase 1. Jump in anytime. I’m featuring my favorites this week. #TewdsTok #AthleteBrandChallenge

I’m reviewing one athlete profile every day until I hit 10K. @serenityg.volleyball requested a REVIEW, and her dad set up a call after seeing @sheserves24_7 review. Here’s who you’re meeting: 🏐 Libero, Class of 2033, 11 years old ✅ Made Turner Middle School’s A team as a sixth grader ✅ Plays club with @a5vball (12LA) ✅ 15 aces in a single match against Fairplay Her dad runs the page with a clear philosophy about what people should see, and it shows. There’s one small cleanup on her grid, and the fun part is a habit that could let people get to know the kid behind the #3. Think your profile’s ready for this? Drop REVIEW below, and follow so tomorrow’s review finds you. #TewdsTok #AthleteReview #KeepFixAdd

I’m reviewing one athlete profile every day until I hit 10K. @sheserves24_7 reached out for a review. Her mom helps run the page, so I connected with her too. Let’s get into it. Quick rundown on her: ✅ PIN hitter, M2 13 Elite 1, #24 ✅ Class of 2032, 4.0 GPA ✅ AAU JNVC bronze medalist ✅ Team just took first at Rally Rumble ✅ 838 followers, 30 posts Her bio says “Serving God on & off the court,” and one training clip is labeled “Half Princess, Half Big Dawg.” My take: the personality is already on the page. The camera work needs to catch up. Want your page reviewed next? Comment REVIEW below. Follow so you catch tomorrow’s. #TewdsTok #AthleteReview #KeepFixAdd

Yesterday was special. 💜 Coach Ki brought the energy, the structure, and the standard and these girls showed up ready to work. We were honored to fuel them with NutriClubPro wraps after an elite training session because development doesn’t stop when the workout ends. Safe to say, THEY ASKED FOR MORE!😊 This is only the beginning. We’re building something special for the next generation of athletes, and we can’t wait to share more. Be honest… if you didn’t know their age, would you think they train like elite athletes? 👀 #athletetraining #volleyballgirls #mealprep #athletedevelopment #athleteworkout

Today wasn’t just my first LowKi Sport class , it was the beginning of something i’ve been praying for, manifesting, & working towards. 🙏🏽 It was the first step toward creating a space I wish I had & every young athlete. Where girls are challenged, not judged. Where effort is celebrated. Where confidence is built through hard work. Where other teammates become each other biggest supporters. The workouts may be hard. But so is believing in yourself. Thank you for every girl that showed up today and LOCKED IN! This is just the beginning! 🤍 Who’s locking in with us next week? Tag an athlete and comment “LOCK IN” for details. 📍: @d1brookhaven #workout #gym #d1 #volleyball #fitness
