A seat at the table AND a place on the stage. 🥹🎭

I’m so excited to officially be part of the 2026–27 @blumenthalarts Scene Makers—a group of eight creators and influencers selected to share the arts through our own unique perspectives.

And if you know me, you know experiences are my thing. So getting the opportunity to intentionally experience, explore and share more of Charlotte’s arts scene feels incredibly special.

We kicked off the season with a private dinner ON STAGE, and I may or may not have shed a few real tears. 🥹 Sometimes you’re so busy creating, working and showing up that you don’t realize your work is being seen.

Now I’m literally being given the stage to make a SCENE. ✨

Our kickoff evening included an incredible performance by 2026 Best Actor Blumey Winner Harold Garcia @_haroldevan_ , plus an amazing dinner and some beautiful details from:

🍽️ Dinner: Roots Catering @roots_catering
🎂 Cake: She’s Totally Baked @shestotallybaked
💐 Flowers: Lovingly Charlotte Flower Market @charlotteflowermarket

And this season?! We have a LOT to look forward to:

🎭 Dirty Dancing
🎭 A Beautiful Noise
🎭 Death Becomes Her
🎭 Oh, Mary!
🎭 Peter Pan Goes Wrong
🎭 The Wiz
🎭 Buena Vista Social Club
🎭 Heathers
🎭 The Phantom of the Opera
🎭 Jersey Boys
🎭 Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
🎭 The Outsiders
🎭 Beauty and the Beast

I’ll be taking you along as I experience the season, so consider this your invitation to get a little more theatrical with me. 🎭

And if this lineup has you ready for Broadway in Charlotte, consider becoming a season ticket holder through Blumenthal Arts.

Y’all, I got to take center stage as part of the inaugural @blumenthalarts Scene Makers cohort!

I’m so excited to take y’all through this season’s incredible PNC Broadway Lights Series coming to Charlotte for the 2026–2027 season. The line-up is a standout mix of drama, romance, spectacle, comedy and theatrical magic. From Dirty Dancing, to Death Becomes Her, to The Phantom of the Opera, Oh Mary and MORE!!!

I’m personally looking forward to all of ‘em, but most excited for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Beauty and the Beast. This lineup is stacked! Which one are you most excited about?

If you’d like to plan ahead and make sure you’re not suffering from FOMO, season subscriptions and single tickets are available now! Check out @blumenthalarts to grab yours now!

🎭✨ About last Tuesday night:
We kicked off the first season of Scene Makers with cocktail hour at the Founders Room and had an unforgettable dinner on stage, featuring remarks from @tomgabbard and @kristenmincharlotte and a moving performance by Blumey Award winner @_haroldevan_

I’ve enjoyed taking y’all along a few of this past season’s show… but come along for the full season ahead, make sure you’re following us, and turn those notifications on, so you don’t miss a beat!

a love letter to October weddings 🤎

The intentionally & intimacy of this day was so ideal. Each aspect fit the couple so well, from their intimate guest count to their beautiful words of love & gratitude addressed to each guest. Following their stunning ceremony in the gardens, they greeted their guests during an extended cocktail-style reception and then shared their first meal together as a married couple at one of their favorite restaurants in the city.

all my love to the beautiful talents that brought it to life -
