Water has continued to call me all over this world. From the cold, clear rivers of Oregon to the warm Nile under an Egyptian sun, each one asking the same thing, bring your honey, bring your roses, remember your own sweetness.

That remembering is the real journey. Not the destination, the return to yourself, again and again, wherever the water finds you.

There has always been a golden thread running through all of it, and it’s what brought Jilly and me together to create Golden, a skin butter made with Kangen water, organic shea, turmeric, and Egyptian anointing oils, frankincense, lotus, jasmine, ylang ylang.

Because hydration isn’t only about water. Our joints, our skin, our whole body knows how to receive lubrication through anointing too, an ancient practice long before it was a beauty routine. Nothing artificial, nothing that doesn’t belong. Made the same way we make everything, in devotion, from the water, for the body.
Golden is available now, link on Jilly’s website, tagged below. @waterheiress

And if you’re in LA, come find us this Sunday. We’re gathering by the river in Mount Baldy for our last Oshun Abundance ceremony of the year.

Water connects us all. It holds every memory. It hears every prayer and carries it further than we ever could, because water is not just element, water is being. Water remembers. Water reaches.

Nothing can hold it, and nothing was ever meant to. Over the last twelve months, I’ve had the honor of praying with water in Oregon, in Bali, at Mount Baldy, and the Nile in Egypt. Different lakes. Different rivers.

Different circles of women gathered in white and gold, but the same current running beneath every prayer, the same thread that has carried women back to water since long before any of us arrived.
This is African tradition living in the body. Water as ancestor. Water as witness.
Women as water.

This is the same current waiting for you on the Nile. September and November have limited spots. If this stirred something in you, don’t wait to reach out. 🌻 Local and ready to pray with Oshun sooner? Join us this Saturday, DM me “Oshun” to connect. 💧🐉✨

Step into the rare magic of the Blue Moon in Sagittarius on May 31st. Join us for a 3-night camping retreat in the majestic Sequoia Forest

This is open to all, where we align with this full moon’s energy of expansion, adventure, and truth.

Nestled by a pristine lake, surrounded by towering Sequoias, we’ll gather in harmony and learn about the Mayan calendar. We’ll open our hearts in a cacao ceremony, explore plant medicine journeys, and sit in sacred fire circles beneath the stars.

And Honor Oshun by the sweet water lake.

Days will be filled with breath work, sound baths, swimming in the lake, creative art classes, a joyful pasta-making workshop, and a mindful visit to the ancient Giant Sequoias.

Meet our amazing Facilitators Joining us this year:

@mooreamasa @3fourths_art @amy.argyle @apothecary4theppl @naranjana_negra

Each night, we’ll sleep close to the earth, rise with the sun, and share in a profound sense of belonging.

This is more than a retreat-it’s a rare moment to release, grow, and step boldly into a new chapter.

Reserve your place now, this cosmic gateway is calling. Limited spaces available. Link in Bio

Healing for the Healer retreat in the Sequoias

The Fullmoon and the beautiful souls that came and joined us in Ceremony and warm fires.

My heart is still integrating the beautiful container we got experience.

From the depths of our beautiful cacao ceremony with Phanie @apothecary4theppl , who shared some deep inside of what is going on in the calendar from the perspective of our Mayans ancestors.

To our fun pasta class with Moorea @mooreamasa and the delectable dinner we collectively created with our hands.

To creating copper adornments with our hands led by our magnificent Fati. @seaponycouture

To leading a magical Oshun Ceremony by the fresh lake nestled in our campground.

Thank you everyone truly for making this happen and creating a world and peace worth striving for.

Special thanks to @aidanraquel @naranjana_negra for all you poured into this portal.

See you next spring for all that know they needs this kind of medicine.

Just a quick thank you. 🧚🏽‍♀️💫🎉

‘Cause I’m still in bed and creating reels all day 😉… the soreness from frolicking with fairies, is real. Time was had and given in such a different frequency for us….

It was a dreamy vortex. More to come….

Our April Beach Clean up was a SUCCESS! Let’s talk about ALIGNMENT! OMG!!
We were able to help alongside another organization here in Long Beach, to serve one purpose, and we even had the chance to have the best grilled cheese afterward 🧀
Sending A Hugeeeee thank you to the volunteers who showed up and supported! ❤️ New friends were definitely made and we were able to pick up over 10 lbs of trash in under an hour with only a few of us!
Happy Earth Month 🌍
If you missed it, We hope to see you in May! Date TBD 🏝️♻️🌊
