I’ve been waiting a long time to make this announcement and it’s finally here. Going back a full year to October 2025 I spent three weeks continuously shooting from sunrise to sunset to produce a book for @assouline on the Red Sea in Egypt. The project saw us flying in planes, kayaking through lagoons, climbing on roofs, zipping around in tuk-tuks and trekking across the desert.

This is just a little preview of the 250 image book, but I will be sharing more about the project over the next month after the ofificial launch in mid November. For now though, a huge thank you to art director and illustrator @a8ancreative for getting this project over the line and a big thank you to @shewifa for assisting me on those long shoot days, couldn’t have done it without you.

Anchored by statement appliances, including a commanding two-tier Wolf oven and Sub-Zero fridge, it brings professional-grade capability into a refined, communal setting.

The island serves as both culinary hub and collaborative table, a place where meals are shared, ideas are exchanged, and meetings unfold naturally.
