Grateful to have been invited to @MARCHON HQ for an exclusive training session ahead of the launch of their new 10 week training block, getting an inside look at the way they’ve been approaching hybrid training for the last 10 years coached by the man himself @olliemarchon

We went through a full session with the MARCHON team, training alongside other athletes across strength work, SkiErg, running, AMRAPs and hybrid conditioning, with Ollie and @blacksmifff breaking down the technique throughout.

The new 10 week block goes live tomorrow through the @marchontraining app, with the first 7 days free.

Grateful to have been invited to @adidastraining “Go Full Hybrid” built around hybrid training, speed and strength, alongside the launch of the Adizero Dropset Pro.

We moved through a seven-storey car park, with each level taking us through a different training station across running, SkiErg, rowing, sled work and strength, learning from specialist coaches at each station. Having the opportunity to train alongside Pro Adidas athletes and see first-hand the level of detail that goes into how they train, move and perform was a huge eye-opener.

It gave me a new perspective on my own training and how much further there is to go. Reaching a milestone like this alongside bro made it even more special @sheylxrd 🏆

And a huge thank you to @zaraantonii appreciate you fr 🫶❤️‍🔥
