We’re still reflecting on everything that happened at the Synergy Conference 💫
From start to finish, it was powerful — worship that lifted us, moments that marked us, and reminders of who we are in Him. 🕊️🔥

We had the honor of vending for the first time at a Nancy Cohen conference — what a blessing! Grateful we got to serve, connect, and be part of such a God-filled space. 🙌🏽

Thank you for all the love, hugs, support, and sweet moments — every bit of it meant so much. The weekend truly hit different. We left full, stretched, and forever impacted. 💞

Heaven met us there — and we didn’t leave the same.

The Lord is sending out His children to prepare the land for His Spirit to be poured out in this next great move of God! When the Holy Spirit leads you to specific places to pray and decree God’s word, obey His leading! We are being sent out to break up the fallow ground and put boots on the ground in prayer.

Sunday night we gathered to pray over the land and over the upcoming @lightthewayministry 3 Night Revival Weekend 9/26-28th. Holy Spirit took over — prophetic words & sounds were released and the Lord declared freedom is coming to our region and the body of Christ!

Our kids ran free and worshipped the Lord in the field. A prophetic picture of what we believe is coming to the families & children of our region — experiencing personal revival in lives & homes in the months to come.

REVIVAL IS IN THE AIR!

So far this has been the sweetest birthday of my 30s for a host of reasons, and I couldn’t be more thankful both to Father and to my incredible husband, @masonmusick. Surprise lunch with girlfriends filled with laughter, stories, and just pure goodness. Surprise coffee with my mom who also brought me flowers. Came home to more flowers. Dinner with just the 2 of us dreaming and resetting our hearts, vision, and hope. Mom’s group this morning. Lunch at The Mill. Rest, sunshine, water, words, my people, feeling loved. That’s what this weekend has consisted of.

And then there’s Jill, the older woman in the last slide. She came up to our table today after we’d finished dessert and said, “Is it your birthday today?” I told her it is! And she responded, “It’s my birthday too! Just some years ahead of you! I saw you when you came in and we were talking about how beautiful you are. I didn’t want to embarrass you, though. Then I noticed you were celebrating your birthday too and had to come over.” Jill turned 72 today and was celebrated by her kids and grandkids. She was left The Mill looking forward to a chocolate covered strawberry cake waiting for her at home. One of the things I love about birthdays is how it connects otherwise perfect strangers. I always remember Sweet Jill and how we met today, even if I never see her again. I pray your 72nd into 73rd year is a kind and beautiful as you are. ♥️

There couldn’t have been a more perfect birthday activity planned than flower crown making!! How perfect that @flora_and_forge and @gooseberrybridgefarm scheduled it on my birthday!! They didn’t even know! But Jesus did! 😍 Amazing weather, lovely friends, and just the best time!! 💜 I’ve done a workshop here before! It’s educational and so much fun! Cherrelle and Staci are so wonderful! They do private parties outside of their planned workshops too! Highly recommend!!! 💜🥳🌸💕🌻

[ H E A L I N G ]
Much of my life I’ve walked the world with a wounded heart from women. I remember feeling rejection as early as a little girl at the hands of females, not feeling enough. This place of hurt was exposed the first time when I fought the Lord on becoming an RA in college. I grew up as an only girl with all brothers, I wasn’t about drama, and while I had a few girlfriends, I didn’t really understand females. But I said yes and I’m forever grateful I did!
.
Fast forward to a few years ago, more exposure. Father highlighted to me the difference between being controlled, a good listener, and sharing enough vulnerable information to elicit trust and build rapport (def a counseling major) and truly being vulnerable with those who care. I hadn’t really had to be, for the most part… I’ve always been a good listener and gave solid advice. I never really had to be more vulnerable than I was, but subconsciously I anticipated hurt.
.
Fast forward to this week. Recounting the beauty of spending time having a variety of conversations with these women. A place that used to be a source of pain where I feared letting the painful places be seen. A place where I used to fear my vulnerability was too much. I’m certainly not saying I’ve mastered vulnerability or relationships, by any means. But what I am saying is two-fold:
.
There’s no wound physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, etc. that can’t be healed. You do have to choose to walk through the process, albeit painful, but it’s worth it.
.
And relationships between women are powerful things!! Women are forces of nature, but we have to choose to use those forces to support, champion, empower, and lift one another, rather than against each other in competition, comparison, gossip, and all the other characteristics of women we’ve all been hurt by. Let’s not be women who pin other women against one another. Who love in face and cut from behind. Let’s be and raise the women who live rewriting & uncovering the script of who we’re truly created to be, individually and collectively.
.
I’m thankful for healing. I would’ve missed out on the pure joy of relationship with solid women, past, present and future.

I love meaningful gifts... the meaningful jewelry we exchanged for Christmas—without knowing what the other was planning—was simply perfect. But more than the perfect necklaces, the true gift was the intentional, quality time spent together today. We get together year round, but there’s something extra special about intentional time in the holiday season when it’s typically busier...AND in the last days of this wild year.

Brunch, coffee, a movie, chats & chillin, and snacks intermingled with laughter and tears with this woman was such a gift! Love you much, @shielddm. Making memories with you is a joy.
