Hi all, Hope everyone’s well and having a fab week. Unfortunately we will be closed this evening and therefore skipping this month’s open decks, but open as usual all weekend. Here’s what we’ve got lined up … FRI 2nd (6pm - midnight) Balance Join the first Balance convergence, led by yelnif with Human Logo. Expect deep, minimal techno evolving into progressive, dancier territory. SAT 3rd (open from 2pm // music 8pm - midnight) Label 37 An all-night journey through house, tech house, acid, and a touch of electro with Whitehill and Foye & Shields behind the decks. The group bring distinct styles to the floor. Foye & Shields are known for deep, groove-led selections, building patiently with restraint and letting the night unfold with experience, soundtracking all moments from warm-up to peak. Whitehill brings the energy with a synth-heavy blend of house and techno, pushing the tempo and atmosphere when it matters. Expect deep grooves, rolling rhythms, acid pressure and plenty of movement from start to finish. See you soon, Team Grub x Photos 1, 2 & 3 courtesy of @noah.clark.captures !

Hi all and welcome to another week at Grub. We’ve got a particularly exciting weekend lined up. Definitely not one to miss!!! WED 18th Album Listening Session (7 - 10pm) With the following genre-defining records… Bomb The Bass - Into The Dragon From producer Tim Simenon comes an incredible insight into dance music of the late 80s, wonderfully packaged as though you’re flicking through different radio stations. The Prodigy - Experience Wind It Up, Out of Space, Everybody in the Place... This hugely influential album perfectly represents the rave phenomenon of the early 90s. The Chemical Brothers - Dig Your Own Hole The second album from the Big Beat pioneers, uniting rock and techno fans through pounding drums, funky basslines, and soaring rave sirens. This one’s for all the Big Beat Manifesto heads! FRI 20th Control. (8pm - midnight) Unstoppable party starters Control. need little introduction. Acid, techno, electro, and uh tech house? This time residents Aaron Dynamic and Muad’Dib are joined by Grub regular and wicked DJ Ol.G. Get involved. SAT 21st Evasive Records x Label 37 (9pm - 2am) Evasive Records link up with Label 37 for a night dedicated to that rolling, stripped-back UK tech house sound — deep basslines, tight drums, and proper heads down hands up energy. Headlining the night is Rob Pearson, a respected name in the London scene and a DJ synonymous with the original UK tech house movement. With decades behind the decks and releases that helped shape the sound, Rob brings that authentic, groove-led style — minimal, driving, and built for the dancefloor. He’ll be joined on the night by Label 37’s Foye & Shields and Evasive residents Pas & Paul. Get on down, Team Grub x
